Zeer slecht bereikbaar om aanvullende informatie te willen doorgeven (allergieën voor reservering restaurant). Na 6min nog de juiste persoon niet aan de lijn en 6€ verder ivm buitenlands telefoon nummer. Ook geen mailadres zichtbaar op de website en geen reserveringsbevestiging gekregen met contact gegevens.

Sehr zentral gelegen, trotzdem etwas abseits vom touristischem Trubel, was wunderbar zum Entspannen einlädt. Toller Blick auf die Grachten. Top Service, ausgesprochen professionell und charmant, welcher auch die kleineren Mängel im Restaurant sehr professionell managte. Teuer aber gut.

Monica and the breakfast, Andrea from the room service , Glenda during Tea Time, (Jurgen had the best mood while helping us at the middle of the night with our needs), Dominique and Kyan, all of these incredible people went about and beyond during our stay and helped us create the memories that will last a lifetime..
We hope to visit this beautiful hotel again soon!
