Super hôtel dans le centre de Amsterdam, le personnel est à l’écoute est vraiment sympas ! Le petit déjeuner est cool ! L’es chambre nous avons eu la chance d’avoir un petit balcon sympas !
Je recommande les yeux fermé !

Un des meilleurs hôtels d’amsterdam. Le personnel est adorable, à l’écoute et donne des conseils pour notre séjour. Le petit dej était lui aussi super. L’emplacement de l’hôtel, à 5 min de la maison d’Anne Frank, est top.

Nice boutique hotel in the heart of Amsterdam. The people here were quite receptive and helpful. Nice to see the cats randomly chilling in the lobby.
I had a single room (room with a single cot bed) for 1 night. The space was very small and squishy ~13m^2 it felt like in total. For the money I paid, it definitely does not have the bang for the buck. Also, the shower could be a bit more robust. I did not like it here. Since I had a short stay, the location was of prime importance and so it's okay. Hope to change my opinion next time with bigger rooms here.

Pequeño hotel muy bien ubicado, cerca de la Centraal Statuion y el barrio rojo.
El servicio y la atención son muy buenos, el personal es muy amable y las habitaciones son confortables.
El desayuno es muy completo y tienen te, café, frutas y galletas disponibles para huéspedes las 24h.
El hotel es muy tranquilo, a pesar de estar sobre una calle concurrida y por la que pasa el tranvía.
Tiene una escalera muy empinada para subir a la recepción y a las habitaciones, por lo que no es recomendable ir con un equipaje muy grande.
En el hotel viven dos gatitos súper tranquilos y cariñosos, que solo se pasean por la recepción y los pasillos (dato a tener en cuenta si se viaja con alguien que tenga alergia a estos animales).
En cuanto a las habitaciones, son pequeñas, pero tienen todo lo necesario. Cuentan con calefacción y aire acondicionado independiente, secador de pelo y gel de ducha, caja de seguridad y una pequeña nevera.
La habitación que da a la calle tiene muy buena luz natural, sin embargo la iluminación artificial es un poco baja.
Es un buen hotel para disfrutar de unos días en Amsterdam.

Café da manhã muito bom e a máquina de drinks quentes fica liberada 24 horas para os hóspedes.
As escadas são normais nos antigos prédios de Amsterdam, não é um "problema" apenas deste hotel.
O atendimento é realmente o ponto forte do hotel, equipe muito prestativa e simpática.
Preciso mencionar o funcionário Aldrius. Nunca fui tão bem atendido por alguém na Europa, me senti em casa. Simpático, prestativo, de boa vontade, excelente pessoa! Abraço Aldrius!
