the reception is the face to the customer in a hotel: Rick, Eelco, and their colleagues made us very welcome, gave us plenty of good advice, and made our visit to Amsterdam enjoyable.

I'm writing this review because of the excellent customer service I received. The staff was extremely friendly, helped me with all my needs and made me feel very welcome.
For example: When I checked in the gentleman at the front desk asked me what language I speak. I told him it was German and he proceeded to do the full check-in process in German because he wanted to learn the language better. I toughed that was very sweet and thoughtful.
I stayed there twice during the last two weeks and will definitely come back in the future.
The Hotel is nicely located in the city center with plenty of shops and restaurants around it. If you do the typical tourist activities the location is excellent.
The room I stayed in was not very big and nothing special, it was perfectly clean and the bed was comfortable. For the price I payed, I can not complain.
The hotel offers valet parking for €40 a day which is a fair price for this city. (I previously parked my car in a public parking garage for more than double the price, so be aware when travelling by car)

Posizione eccellente hotel a pochi passi dalle vie più conosciute di Amsterdam, Anche la metro dista poco. Camera bella pulita e con una magnifica vista sul canale unica pecca era situata al quarto piano senza ascensore con delle scale non proprio comode, comunque la ragazza si era resa disponibile per un eventuale cambio.
