Cet hôtel est une véritable arnaque, si vous n’appréciez pas la compagnie des punaises de lit passez votre chemin.

After reading some of the reviews I was really worried about what I was going to. I am pleased to say I need not have worried. The hotel is a little tired but it was clean, warm and cosy. There was no sign of any bugs as previously suggested, the bed was comfy and the canal views lovely.
The location was great, far enough away from the main busy areas so not to noisy but only a short walk to get to all the main sights
The staff were lovely and helpful and we would definitely stay again

Kucuk odalar ,rahatsız yataklar, maalesef çok ses var ,ve odalarda sigara kokusu var , gürültüden uyuyamadık. Yeri güzel, çalışanlar guleryuzlu ancak tavsiye etmem ....
