We had a very pleasant stay. Location is superb, everyone was very nice and the rooms are very clean. Also big thumbs up to the housekeeping staff :-) daily towel changing. my only contra is that we could not open the windows. Woke up a few mornings with a headache. Room had the AC thing or whatever it’s called in the room tho. Other than that I was very pleased with the hotel and can recommend it to others :) would book here again!

As Americans were very happy with all the accommodations there. The bed was very comfortable. There was great space in the room and bedroom! Close to public transportation. Staff was very kind and courteous.

Staying at this hotel was an exceptional experience. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, demonstrating exemplary courtesy and hospitality. The cleanliness of the property met the highest standards, and its location couldn't be more ideal. Highly recommended.

Wir haben hier 2 Nächte verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Angefangen beim unkomplizierten Online-Check-in, über die super freundlichen Mitarbeiter an der 24h-Rezeption bis hin zum Frühstück oder der top Lage des Hotels, konnten wir uns hier über gar nichts beschweren! Bei uns war es von den Temperaturen her typisch dutch, also konnten wir uns bzgl. der zu warmen Zimmer überhaupt nicht beklagen, wir hatten das Fenster durchgehend gekippt, es war sehr angenehm, aber wir hätten auch einen im Zimmer vorhandenen Ventilator zur Verfügung gehabt.

Die Lage ist wirklich einwandfrei, 2 Minuten weg ist die Haltestelle Elandsgracht, von hier fahren enorm viele öffentliche Transportmittel!

Wer allerdings Wert auf Schlaf ohne Geräuschkulisse Wert legt, sollte entweder Oropax oder ein anderes Hotel nehmen, man hört die regulären Umgebungsgeräusche (von außerhalb oder Leitungen im Hotel selbst) schon ein bisschen, allerdings nicht enorm störend.

Wir werden das Hotel de Looier definitiv wieder buchen, wenn wir Amsterdam erneut besuchen.
