Hostel muito fraco. Beliches sem camas feitas, almofadas horrorosas, banheiro minúsculo, só uma toalha de banho para toda a estadia. Muito barulhento durante a noite. PA para o preço, razoável. Jantamos um buffet na noite anterior á partida, estava tudo horrível, 5 pessoas pagamos incluindo 2 crianças por 90€ e ninguém comeu nada. Um dos miúdos quis repetir uma taça com 3 scones e não lha deram, (horrível e sem direito a repetir) e era buffet !!!Reclamamos e a resposta foi, "temos pena não superar as vossas expectativas" Não recomendável.

Prima Hotel, gezellig, low key, goede locatie, Amsterdam Oost is erg gezellig, veel eettentjes. Het is een budget hotel, prima om met kinderen heen te gaan. Bagage mocht gratis in het depot. Heel basic, goed schoon en verzorgd. Wij hadden een twee persoons kamer, we hebben niet op een zaal geslapen.

Eine sehr freundliche Servicetruppe, die immer gut gelaunt weiterhilft. Das Essen ist halt Hostel: entspricht den Erwartungen, ist aber keineswegs schlecht. Das frische Obst finde ich super, dies gibt es an mehreren Orten im Gebäude stets umsonst.
Die integrierte Bar ist klein aber fein. Es gibt guten Kaffee und Fassbier. Das Essen sieht gut aus, habe ich aber nicht probiert.
Der Standort ist vom Zentrum und den Museen ziemlich weit entfernt. Leider fuhr die Straßenbahn Nr 14 nicht von dem Hostel ab, wegen einer Baustelle.
Das Viertel südlich dagegen ist großartig, arabisch asiatisch geprägt, mit vielen kulinarischen Leckereien. Der Indoneser ums Eck ist wirklich authentisch gut! Auch wenn sie ein wenig weniger scharf servieren;)

The Goat of youth hostels, clean, friendly staff, just not a big fan of the no alcohol rule, had to drink my white wine in a public park, but then again I came back to a great hostel which was well worth the price, all the haters have their heads up their you-know-where’s if I may say so myself.
