ZEEBURG CAMPING

Have visited on many occasions over the years, in our motorhome great site great location great staff, easy access to Amsterdam City, not being since covid but hoping to revisit this year

Ein sehr schöner Campingplatz in super Lage.

We stayed here in Oct 2022, on a short break to Amsterdam in our Motorhome. This site is in a great location for getting in and out of the City, there are Tram stops within a few mins walk in either direction, and it takes only a few mins to Central Station, there is also the option to cycle, but we chose not to. Day transport tickets are relatively cheap, and are available from the reception, or from machines at the tram stations.
At the time of year we stayed, much of the site wasn't operating, for example the restaurant wasn't open, but that said the site was still lovely, remembering that this was right at the end of a season, so everything had been used all year, and the toilets and showers were amazing, beautifully clean all the time, and plenty of hot water, the grassy areas were also in very good condition for the end of the year. There is a great communal kitchen area for tent campers, which we thought was a great idea, and there is a nice little petting area with some goats which the kids will love (especially in the summer). Bur it's also the 'little' touches which make this campsite great, like the raised flowerbeds of herbs, with scissors hanging for you to cut fresh herbs and seasoning for yourself.
If you like water sports this site is a must, right on a great water sport lake with direct access from the grassy pitches.
Also don't be put off by the fact that it is inside the low emission zone, if your vehicle is older or bigger (like ours) and doesn't conform, then once booked and have a booking reference you can register with the Netherlands Gov website for an exemption to go in on the arrival day and out on your leaving day.

Der Platz ist super. Alles ist gepflegt und sauber. Es fehlt einem an nichts.
Personal echt bemüht und freundlich.
Wir werden sicher nochmal wieder kommen.

Super schöner sauberer Campingplatz!
Vorher eingecheckt und Kennzeichen angegeben, sodass man einfach auf seinen Stellplatz fahren konnte.
Saubere moderne Sanitäranlagen.
Ruhige Lage direkt am Wasser.
Eine Straßenbahn liegt ca. 1 km entfernt.
