For a 1 star hotel I understand I’m not expecting gold handrails and lifts but when you have rooms with rats in I will come on and give a review to show people they are in for a surprise. Amazing how the staff are unable to clean blood splashes off mirrors and semen stains down the wall it’s vile there. It’s a rubbish hotel the staff are up there own heads and not just the staff but most people around the city and stores and just boring and have absolutely no happiness in them which they display to a paying customer. I will not be returning to this hotel and alternately I will not be returning to the country. This is not a first time bad review fake thing I’ve been to Amsterdam 3 times now and it’s progressively got worse over that time. Sort it out. I will send a bunch of the pictures and videos under this review. The hotel refuses to do anything about the rats so I reported them to EHO. Enjoy you stinky dutch

The rooms were disgusting with what looked like bodily fluids over the wall. The rooms are tiny we did complain but to no avail so we checked out early I would not recommend this hotel not even a cheap/cheerful hotel it’s awful.

Habe 3 nächte gebucht. Nach einer Nacht haben wir das Hôtel gewechselt da wir die schlimmste Nacht unseres Lebens hatten. Man hört die Leute auf der Strasse bis 7 uhr morgens schreien trotz geschlossenem Fenster. Das Zimmer war dreckig und extrem klein. Zudem hört man die Leute vom Zimmer nebenan so gut das man verstehen kann was die sagen.
Wenn man geduscht hat fühlte man sich dreckiger als vorher.
Ich rate jedem ab dieses Hotel zu besuchen!
