Notre chambre était toujours impeccable, fraîche et magnifiquement arrangée grâce à l'équipe de ménage. Nous remercions tout particulièrement le SIVA qui a nettoyé notre chambre. Il était attentif, poli et veillait à ce que tout soit parfait chaque jour. Son souci du détail et son attitude chaleureuse ont vraiment rendu notre séjour encore plus confortable et mémorable

L'hôtel est magnifique. |La chambre 55 offre une vue imprenable sur la plage et les jardins. Je tiens à féliciter Waven qui a emmené mon partenaire pour une séance de plongée avec tuba en tête-à-tête. Il ne savait plus où donner de la tête devant les merveilles qu'il a vues dans l'océan. Il n'aurait pas pu apprécier la splendeur de la mer sans sa connaissance de l'île ! |Merci à toute l'équipe de l'hôtel pour ce formidable séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à STORY Seychelles, juste à côté de la plage de Beau Vallon. C'est une base idéale pour explorer l'île ou faire une excursion à Victoria, d'autant plus que l'arrêt de bus se trouve juste devant l'hôtel. La villa-jardin de l'hôtel est spacieuse et le petit déjeuner est délicieux. Nous avons aimé goûter aux restaurants locaux pour le dîner, mais le Trader Vic's de l'hôtel proposait une excellente cuisine que nous avons essayée deux fois sur sa belle terrasse. Le personnel était aimable et serviable, et les soirées au bar de l'hôtel avec de la musique live étaient un régal. Bien que nous n'ayons pas utilisé le spa ou la piscine, la salle de sport offrait de superbes vues. Dans l'ensemble, STORY Seychelles est un endroit charmant pour une escapade insulaire relaxante.

Nous avions réservé le Tete a Tete auprès de cet hôtel pour notre 25e anniversaire de mariage, ce qui était sensationnel et nous a incités à passer deux nuits ici, car l'hébergement que nous avions à ce moment-là était une aberration.
Le Story, par contre, c'était le pied. L'hôtel ne mérite peut-être pas 5 étoiles, mais un très bon 4 étoiles.
L'emplacement directement sur la plage est un rêve, le personnel est très attentif et aimable et le petit-déjeuner est très bon.
Si vous avez des exigences élevées, vous êtes entre de bonnes mains.

Nous séjournons actuellement au Story pour notre lune de miel et nous passons un très bon moment. Dès notre arrivée, nous nous sommes sentis les bienvenus. Tout le personnel est très sympathique et arrangeant. L'hôtel est situé dans un cadre magnifique et bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement, à proximité de la plage et de nombreux restaurants. Belle piscine avec de nombreux lits. Beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner. Je recommanderais une villa avec piscine sur la plage et je recommanderais vivement de séjourner au Story.

Il n'y a rien à redire sur cet hôtel ! Il est tout simplement exceptionnel ! L'emplacement est fantastique ! Les supermarchés se trouvent dans la même rue que l'hôtel dans les deux directions, tout comme les boutiques de souvenirs. L'atmosphère, le service et la gentillesse du personnel sont parfaits ! Si vous rencontrez Lisiann ou Teryl, soyez assurés que vous êtes entre de très bonnes mains !

It’s extraordinary delightful to share our experience of total joy and satisfaction each time we come to Story hotel. The location is perfect and there is a sense of both intimate atmosphere and socially attractive environment with various available activities according to personal needs; Very pleasant and engaging staff makes it a perfect choice for different types of expectations! Bravo for the amazing management and quality service ????????

We were here for 10 days and had amazing stay. It is right on the beach with many options to dine around. Great kids facilities and very safe.

Amazing location by the beach. Beautiful scenery around the hotel with lots of wildlife. The receptionists and the porters are very friendly. Serving staff not so much. Generally slow service in the bars. Stay away from their Eden restaurant. Spa and trader Vic is great. Beverages are very expensive here. No privacy in the bedroom as there is only a half wall into the toilet room (who decided that was a good idea?)... The rooms are of good size with a comfortable bed. Would I come back? Most likely not. The location does not offset the downsides.

Leider nur 3 Sterne statt 5. Vor allem das Hauptrestaurant ist zu schlecht für 5 Sterne. Die Zimmer müssten renoviert werden. Der Pool ist zu niedrig zum schwimmen.

A perfect place that I imagine as paradise. The relation of price and quality of service is incredible. The staff is always at your service. Great selection of food! Eden is our favourite by far! Best recommendations ????

Thank you Story for a truly fabulous time. We had our wedding at Story on the beach it was absolutely beautiful, thank you to everyone who made our day perfect. The hotel is fantastic, the restaurant, the pool everything you need for a dream wedding and holiday. All of the staff were very keen to help always happy and smiling and nothing was ever to much trouble. We would highly recommend Story as a perfect getaway.

!DEFINITELY NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL!
During my day one at this hotel there’s been a heavy rain and electricity went off for a few hours starting from around 21.30. I was having a conference call at that time, when contacted reception over WhatsApp they first told me they have no idea when the electricity will be on again and they’ll give me an update shortly. An hour into load shedding nobody has contacted me and simply ignored my message when I’ve decided to double-check. I ended up waiting for 2 hours in complete darkness because I’ve had a work project to finish that day. Then gave up and went to sleep. Electricity was on when I woke up (by approx. 9 am). And of course no messages whatsoever from the reception staff.
In short, I do understand heavy rain and weather conditions making power go off. What I don’t understand is:
1. Why doesn’t a so-called “5 start hotel” have a generator? My grandmothers house has one I mean so why can’t they buy one
2. Absolute failure to provide any sort of information by hotel’s staff. They could’ve at least said “sorry, today it’s going to be off, there’s nothing that can be done” so that I wouldn’t expect for the power to go on and didn’t have to sit and wait in darkness.
It’s currently day 2 of the stay, for now it’s 3-4 star hotel at best. Just keep in mind before visiting. Not giving it a 1 star because that won’t be fair obv.

As we tried to explain to you last evening and today. the entire northern part of the island has experienced heavy rain like never seen before. This has caused extreme flooding which has affected electricity in many areas and lots of damage. The Seychelles Government has declared a state of emergency and closed all schools/shops/non essential companies until further notice. I do understand your frustration but ask you to bare with us as we are doing our best in this situation. Please note we do have a statue-of-art generator however, there was a delay due conducting a full safety check amongst all the flooded water and mudslide.

from recieving wrong title (ablolutely another person)welcome writing message at room the first day, then second day without any room cleaning unitl evening. negative service and opinion I have from hotel.
I like to say that the swimming pool is good and staff are quite helpful like Erol and Ethian I suppose spell it in right way.

To clarify, our team provided complimentary early check in for your family and in order to do so, we had to swap a few rooms of the same category in order to accommodate you. Unfortunately our team member made a mistake when delivering amenities.

Excellent hotel design, great location and eco friendly. Staff helpful and friendly.
Avail of the inclusive activities -
- snorkelling tours was excellent (do wear a rashie for sun protection)
- Scuba introduction gets you setup to go diving!
Kid related things to consider -
- so many options for food and drink in buffet
- movie night was a hit, with pop corn
- there is a supermarket across the road for milk and nappies etc
- baby pool is shielded from the sun, it’s a bit hidden so ask if you can not find it
- kids are listed activities daily so check that out for entertaining them

Beach Villa with pool is a MUST! Very very nice , quiet and relaxing here…

Le cadre est tout simplement magnifique et incroyablement relaxant. L'hôtel propose un large éventail d'activités telles que la plongée avec tuba, le volley-ball et bien d'autres encore, avec un accès direct à une plage magnifique qui ressemble à un paradis.
L'hôtel dispose également d'une grande variété de restaurants, ce qui permet à chacun de trouver son bonheur, qu'il s'agisse de spécialités locales ou de cuisine internationale.
