We got carbonara and amatriciana, two dishes that we've had nearly 50 times now in Rome. This was probably one of the worst we've had. Well undercooked pasta, carbonara was too eggy and like a soup, while the amatriciana had minimal sauce. On top of that it was more expensive than your average, and much smaller portions. €15 for the plate of pasta, €8 per glass of wine. The service was pretty good, and I actually liked the atmosphere. Maybe the other dishes are good, but you'd think the traditional pastas would be better.

Ricotta e visciole buonissima. E poi la simpatia e disponibilità di Arcangelo Dandini non hanno prezzo. Sono ancora emozionato…
