这家著名的酒店建于1945年，是加勒比海和郁郁葱葱的花园之间真正的和平天堂，是岛上最古老的酒店之一，许多作家都从这里经过，如塞泽尔、夏莫瓦和格利桑。它在2018年进行了全面翻新。新的结构，现代的装饰，现在有28个25平方米的单间和5个40平方米的海滩平房，可以看到钻石岩，设备非常齐全，设计上真正考虑到了舒适性，使你能够度过愉快的时刻，你的脚在水中。

We had a warm welcome by the young lady in the reception, but was assigned a room in the basement where we had to go through the laundry machines and a lot of stuff in the hallway. The room was placed so that everyone that walked by could see in and we did not feel safe to leave things in our fridge outside since anyone could walk in. There were bugs and mosquitoes in the room and the water in the shower flooded the bathroom.|We asked if it was possible to get another room, but this was not possible on the first night. The next afternoon we got to switch to a room on the first floor that was facing the pool. This room was much better, but yet the kitchen sink was blocked so the water could not go out. There was a huge difference in the service mindset between the two woman manning the reception.|The hotel is located next to the ocean, but unfortunately the hotel villas block the view from both the pool and the restaurant. Also the fence facing the ocean has collapsed and looks quite rough.|In conclusion this hotel does not feel like a four star establishment and has seen better days.

Excellent séjour
Nous venons d'y séjourner 1 semaine. Le bungalow est tout simplement superbe, très proche de la mer même si celle-ci n'est pas accessible pour plus de sécurité (depuis la dernière tempête). Aucun souci, on peut y accéder un peu plus loin et la piscine (nettoyée régulièrement) compense largement. La nourriture servie est excellente. Les plats très bien préparés. Le nouveau directeur est à l'écoute et proche de ses équipes. Si nous retournons en Martinique, ce sera sans aucun doute dans cet hôtel.

Merveilleux séjour à 4 ! Bungalow au top ! Le bruit des vagues de la plage du Diamant nous manque tellement ! Un super restaurant, des plats délicieux. Merci à l'équipe et particulièrement à David du restaurant pour sa gentillesse et sa sympathie lors de notre semaine. Yohann, Carole, Jade et Manon
