L’atmosphère générale de l’hôtel est excellente, on s’y sent immédiatement à l’aise et bien accueilli. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner, qui était délicieux, varié et de grande qualité. J’ai également eu la chance de dîner au restaurant L’Artichaut, une expérience gastronomique exceptionnelle que je recommande vivement.||La seule petite remarque que je pourrais faire concerne le manque d’espace pour ranger les vêtements. Cela reste cependant un détail face à l’ensemble du séjour qui a été irréprochable.||Sans hésiter, lorsque je reviendrai à Lyon, je choisirai à nouveau l’Hôtel de l’Abbaye.

Lovely hotel, close to everything. The staff is attentive and kind, rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is well maintained and beautiful. Only breakfast could be improved, it didn’t feel as special as the rest of the experience.

There is something special about this place. The architecture and rooms are a vibe. The morning light in the room incredible. Peaceful neighborhood. Everything is a 6 minute walk. The staff went above and beyond to help us.

Un petit hôtel de poche au centre de Lyon. Ambiance cosi rénové avec élégance et goût. La pierre a le charme de l’ancien. Les chambre et le restaurant donnent l’impression de se trouver dans un décor de film de Woody Allen. Petit plus, il est quelques pas du métro Ampère et de la place Carnot. Belle découverte !

Bonjour notre fille nous a offert 2 nuits avec petit déjeuner dans ce bel hôtel de charme. Excellent accueil , personnel au top, hôtel très bien situé dans le 2e arrondissement au calme , mais pas loin du centre 5 minutes à pieds de la place Bellecour. Nous le recommandons vivement.

Pour une nuit endroit calme à proximité de la plage bellecour acceuil et service parfait tous le monde très à l’écoute et sympathique chambre impeccable et magnifique bien insonorisée.

酒店的团队成员均受过很好的培训，耐心、友好、热情、礼貌、专业都无法挑剔，甚至比有些五星级酒店还好。客房服务例如续租卫生，也非常满意，风景和早餐都是完美的。
唯一不足的是浴室玻璃没有封住胶条，每次洗澡都要小心翼翼，以免弄湿整个地板。不过这是可以克服的，总之酒店位于里昂老城，性价比非常高，有机会我们还会再来。感谢设计师和酒店的工作人员，有你们的存在，行程更加完美！

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, great location. Unfortunately the bathroom in the rooms are all right next to the bed with a sliding glass door with zero sound blocking. You could be having a lovely weekend but you will hear every single bathroom noise of anyone you are staying with. The toilet is so close to bed, there is NO privacy. It’s incredibly uncomfortable, and it’s for that reason I could never recommend this hotel unless you are traveling solo.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour au sein de ce charmant hôtel.
Les chambres sont très fonctionnelles et décorées avec goût.
L’hôtel dégage une très belle énergie.
Note spéciale pour Marine et ses collègues qui ont toutes étaient plus qu’adorables et très professionnelles.
Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Very helpful and friendly staff who made me comfortable until room was ready when I checked in early. Location was convenient to metro and restaurants and room was extremely comfortable, enjoyed the L’Occitane bath products!

Location is very good, but BE AWARE of the bell near the building keep ringing every 15mins during day time so it can be a bit annoying if you want to go back for a rest.
Most of the staff are friendly and helpful but a few are arrogant
Room is relatively small, even smaller than hotels in Paris within the same price range

Superb boutique hotel. Staff were very professional and friendly, the hotel was very cosy with beautiful interior designs, the restaurant was refined with friendly waiters and sommeliers, and the whole stay was brilliant. Great location, very quiet and close to the old town. We would choose this hotel again.
