Hotel da consigliare sicuramente. Posizione strategica e parcheggio sotterraneo convenzionato (sconto 20%) a 50mt. Personale cortese, camera non eccessivamente grande ma moderna e pulita, bagno ok ma avrei preferito la doccia alla vasca un pò scivolosa. La colazione è internazionale e abbondante di scelta. Il frigo bar della camera è poco assortito e non viene ricaricato delle bevande consumate.

Très bel hôtel, bien situé et très bien agencé. La literie est excellente, et la chambre était spacieuse, tout comme la salle de bain. A conseiller !

Hôtel très bien placé, à côté du Palais des Papes. Personnel sympathique. Chambre très spacieuse et propre.

To continue my review in my stay in May, there is no notice to say that the aircon will be shut off in May due to Energy saving policy,
The hotel stuff says the aircon broke down and it will only be repaired 3 days later after we checked out.
We told Expedia on this and they said the hotel refused to made the refund. This is a irresponsible hotel!

We understand that you were disappointed that the air conditioning was not turned on during your stay in May. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We would like to clarify that the air conditioning was not broken, but was not turned on both with our desire to save energy and in accordance with government energy saving policy. The temperatures in early May were between 9 and 27 degrees Celsius, which is below the threshold for turning on the air conditioning and it was not a matter for any other clients.
We understand that you did not spend one night in the hotel, but only checked in and left several minutes later. We regret that you were not comfortable staying in a room without air conditioning. But you did not even asked us to change room or see if later you would feel more comfortable. However, we believe that we were in compliance with government regulations and official displays.
We also understand that you chose a non-refundable rate. This rate is typically cheaper than a standard rate, but it does not allow for cancellations or changes. We apologize that you were not able to cancel your reservation before 6 pm, but this is a policy that is in place for all non-refundable rates.
We are sorry that you did not appreciate our concern for the environment and reducing our ecological footprint. We believe that it is important to balance the need for energy conservation with the needs of our guests. The worst staff ever. AC broke down and they informed us it would take 3 days to fix even though the temperature was in the late 20's! So we decided to check out but they wouldn't issue a refund!

We stayed for three nights in July during the Avignon Theatre Festival. We had a 2nd floor room that had windows facing the square and was down the hall from the breakfast area - and most amazingly the soundproofing was awesome. Literally, you could open the window and hear the street performers and crowds and then close the window and enjoy the quiet. On top of that the staff were friendly and very helpful. Oh, and the breakfast, their frozen yogurt machine plus breakfast pastries were great. Our first visit to a Kyriad location - but certainly not our last!

Emplacement au coeur quartier des Papes, accessibles à pied depuis la gare Avignon Centre, ou navette d'Avignon TGV.
Personnel très sympathique, à l'écoute et disponible. Juste un bémol sur le système de badge d'entrée de la chambre qui fonctionne difficilement. Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix.
Je recommande sans pb.

We have made this booking on 5-8 May 23 , upon checking the hotel , we found out that that the aircon is not working and was told that the aircon will only be fixed on 9 may 2023 , That means that we will have no Aircon for the next 3 days we are staying in Hotel Kyriad Avignon which is not acceptable , that temperature in the day went up as high as 26-28 degree ,we ask the hotel staff and told him that we will check out and ask Expedia for a refund, Expedia told us that the hotel does not want to provide the refund which is unacceptable as the hotel didn't even provide the basic necessity for the guest which is to provide an basic air conditioning

Thank you for sharing your experience you had over a month ago. We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us which lasted just a few hours We value our customers point of view and always try to improve us. We also value our comitment to minimize our energy footprint especially in these times of climate change and high demand on Energy. We also follow the French government guidelines issued on Octobre 11, 2022. As all French companies we have been asked to reduce our electrical consumption. So on an average early May in Avignon with temperatures as low as less then 9° Celcius with max below 26° Celcius we decided that it was not time yet to turn the AC on (May 5 Max temp in Avignon was 26.3 at 11h52 UTC). We even had clients who found the temperature too cold in the morning. A window left ajar was definitely enough to cool each rooms in the Hotel. I am sure you also value that all little steps mater when taking care of the environment. Once again we are sorry we did not give you full satisfaction while you stayed on our premises. Hôtel en plein centre ville, proche du palais des papes. Chambre confortable mais très bruyante sur rue avec camion poubelle tous les matins à 6h suivi de la mise en place des terrasses. Je pense que côté cour c'est plus calme. Petit déjeuner léger, sans œufs, ni bacon ni leur produit du moment pour cause de pénurie depuis plus de 15 jours. Je pense qu'il est possible de trouver des œufs à Avignon ???? accueil agréable.

Bonjour, Nous sommes désolés de ne pas vous avoir donné satisfaction. En revanche permettez moi de revenir vers vous au sujet des horaires des camions poubelles. Nous ne maîtrisons pas ceux-ci car ils dépendent du Grand Avignon. Notre établissement est équipé de double vitrage typé aéroport qui généralement donne satisfaction à nos clients. En ce qui concerne les oeufs brouillés notre chaine préconise pour des raisons d'hygiène l'emploi de préparations qui sont elles constamment en rupture de stock. Nous le regrettons tout autant que vous. Comme vous l'avez remarqué nous n'avons pas de restaurant et les conditions pour préparer des oeufs ne sont pas réunies. Les points négatifs : l'accès à la chambre n'est pas facile de tout repos: il faut prendre l'ascenseur jusqu'au 5eme étage puis passer par le terrasse extérieure, en suite prendre un escalier très étroit et redescendre 1 etage.
La 1er nuit, les lumières ne fonctionnaient plus peu avant minuit. Le numéro de la réception n'est pas indiqué dans la chambre, on appelle le numéro de telephone de l'hôtel trouvé sur Google. La fille qui répond dit qu'elle va voir et régler le problème sauf que les lumières ne s'allument pas avant 7h du matin.
Pour le petit déjeuner : nous avons passé 2 nuit dans cet hôtel , et pendant notre séjour, il n'y avait ni œufs ni bacon pour des raisons de problème de ravitaillement.

Accueil très chaleureux, la chambre est de taille correct, la literie est excellente.
L’hôtel est situé en pleine place de l’horloge donc excellemment bien situé
Le petit déjeuner est tout à fait correct
Seul le coté exigu de l’hôtel peut être dérangeant mais sinon je l’ai trouvé très bien
Je suis venu mi mai, je regrette juste que la clim ne fonctionnait pas j’ai eu un peu chaud dans ma chambre

Réservation de dernière minute pour une nuit. Bon rapport qualité prix malgré la surface de la chambre : pas d incidence car j étais en mode loisir mais si j avais du travailler sur le bureau, il était impossible d installer la chaise entre le bureau et le lit.... bonne literie yc les oreillers, ce qui n est pas toujours le cas.... chambre très propre si ce n est les encadrements de fenêtre (vrai contraste avec le reste)... par contre, le système d ouverture des portes (combinaison de badge et de petite poignée à "tourner pousser") n est vraiment pas pratique. Et enlève une étoile pour moi, car j ai vraiment galèré pour ouvrir ma chambre, étant obligé de demander de l aide à plusieurs reprises. Situation exceptionnelle à 20 mètres du palais des papes, sur une place animée. Je recommande malgré mes petits soucis ????

Hôtel super bien placé, à cote du Palais des Papes, du grand parking au même nom (l'hôtel fournit même un code de réduction journalier) et de l'Hotel de Ville.
