Alors dans l’ordre : une superbe gamme ( presque trop ! mieux vaut savoir ce que l’on veux cela va plus vite) des conseils avisés , en bonus des promotions ! J’ai craqué pour La butiniere en blanc ( énorme! ) et en rouge ! Bref bonne adresse

I read about how in 1544 sparkling wine was already produced in this area, tried it during lunch and loved it immensely. Visited this wine cave that house all the different wines produced in Limoux to buy a few bottles. The cave also conducts a tour on the history of the local wine. The staff was very kind and friendly, he explained the wine in great detail in English, made me appreciate it ever more. A visit to Limoux wouldn’t be complete without a tour, some tasting and buying a few bottles of their wine produced from the unique Mauzac grapes.
