We are just enjoying a bottle of wine we bought from this wine merchants on the last night of our holiday. The owner is so passionate about natural wines and will help you choose a wine that’s right for you. If you’re lucky, she’ll crack open a bottle for you to try! In an old fashioned town like Carcassonne, this wine shop is a great find for wine enthusiasts.
