Nous sommes tombés par hasard sur le domaine de Sabine et se fût un agréable moment !
Sabine nous a compté l'histoire incroyable et magnifique du domaine, nous a invité à voir son jardin exceptionnel et ses arbres centenaires venus des 4 coins du globe.
S'en est suivie une dégustation dans la cave. Les vins sont magnifiques et d'un équilibre parfait !
Nous avons adoré le moment passé avec Sabine, tout simplement incroyable !

Un lugar hermoso. Sabine es un amor de persona. Los vinos, de los mejores que hemos probado por Carcasone. Si llegan a la tranquera y está cerrada, simplemente llaman y Sabine acudirá a uds.

Nos ha sorprendido mucho la visita. Sabine encantadora y agradable, nos ha mostrado su hermoso castillo y finca familiar con muchos años de historia. Los vinos y la cata han deliciosos, de excelente calidad. Ha sido una grata sorpresa poder conocer este viñedo y probar los vinos. Hemos comprado varias cajas. Una agradable visita. Sin duda lo recomendáremos siempre.

We stopped at this vineyard while cruising along the Canal du Midi. We just stopped on the river bank at the approximate location of the vineyard, crossed a stream and walk through a field. The Vinter Sabine was lovely and took us on a tour of the property and story of the history of the vineyard. We had a lovely tasting and bought some wine. It was a really personable experience. We called just a few hours before the tasting and were accommodated.

After our visit, the owner accused me and my partner of stealing her phone and threatened to call the police. She then found it in her car 15 minutes later... Avoid this Chateau, there are many friendlier ones along the canal.

Liebe Sabine, es war ein wunderschönes Erlebnis das Weingut und den Weinkeller zu sehen und Dich kennen gelernt zu haben. Auch heute noch, nach ein paar Wochen und beim Rosé aus deinem Chateau, würden jedem empfehlen Dich zu besuchen. Liebe Grüße aus Hamburg, Clara und Jens

Excellent accueil de la part de la propriétaire qui nous a fait visiter le domaine et nous a raconté son histoire. Suivi d'une dégustation très sympathique, nous sommes repartis avec un petit assortiment . Le vin est très bon. Encore merci pour votre gentillesse !

If you want a private and personal tour of a historical vineyard with excellent wines!! Look no further at other wineries. Sabine the host and owner is amazing with energy and beauty that perfectly reflects the wine and grounds.

Travelling along the Canal du Midi by boat, we chanced across this beautiful chateau not far from Carcassone on a Sunday afternoon.
We called the number online and Sabine kindly arranged to meet us at short notice, and took us on a tour of the grounds and told us about the history of the place, before an excellent tasting in the cellars of the delicious wines produced at Serres (we bought a case of our favourites).
Very enjoyable and interesting visit, with a truly authentic and personal presentation by the owner.

The fence is closed and missing a door bell. We went at 4pm when the suppose to close 7pm. After large road to reach the place sad to not be able to taste the wines

Google stated it’s opened and as my call was unanswered, decided to knock on the cellardoor. After 1.5km of gravel road, found the gate to be shut. Amazingly Sabine called back and asked to wait for a few minutes. She drove down to open the door for us and brought us into her wine making and century old family estate. Her wines had won the Silver Decanter Award and her estates have vines as old as 80 years old. It’s a memory I’ll never forget and the variety of their wines are not typical. Every single bottle i tasted was so well made and of excellent quality.

Notre rencontre avec Sabine, la propriétaire du domaine a été une pause enchantée durant nos vacances sur le canal : visite des vignobles, des jardins et de la cave.
La dégustation des vins du domaine a été le point d’orgue logique de cette visite : passion et authenticité ne sont-ils finalement pas les sarments des grands vins ?!
