Un très bon torréfacteur à Carcassonne!
Nous sommes venus pour acheter du café en grains (découvert grâce à un cadeau de Noël, et très apprécié). L'accueil par la vendeuse a été parfait, de très bons conseils et très aimable!

tout y est parfait
We have been testing each in two different styles of coffee makers to see the differences in each using the same weight of coffee to water proportions. We have two more roasts to try so we will update the reviews as the holidays progress.
We have now finished all the coffees we purchased and can truthfully say that we really were disappointed in the flavors of each of the different coffees. We miss the aroma and flavor of full bodied coffees. So sorry because we love to support our local businesses but we will have to look somewhere else for our freshly roasted coffees.
