We needed to get some bike boxes to fly back from carcassonne to UK. This shop couldn't have been more helpful in sorting us out. I e mailed them and they confirmed they had boxes. We showed up and they had a choice of boxes for us to fit our bikes. They even gave us a roll of free tape to put the boxes back together again (as we folded them up to transport to the airport on our bikes) . Thanks again.

Unfortunately I got a puncture on my bicycle whilst cycling along the Canal du Midi. Knowing that Sunday and Monday were bank holidays in France ???????? we turned up at Fun Sports Cycles in the hope that they could help us. My husband was looked after by such a helpful young man by the name of Simon. He couldn't have been more helpful and we can't thank him enough for his help, friendliness and professionalism. A credit to the company. Now we can move on with our cycling adventures around France. Thank you very much.

Als ich am 2.5.24 mit meinem eBike am Canal du Midi eine Panne hatte, wurde ich sehr liebevoll abgeholt und betreut. Obwohl dort eine Reparatur nicht möglich war, durfte ich das defekte Velo dort lassen bis ich die Möglichkeit hatte, es abzuholen. Für die hilfreiche Unterstützung akzeptierte man von mir nur ein Lächeln und ein grosses Merci. Geld durfte ich nicht geben.
Das Geschäft machte auf mich einen sehr professionellen Eindruck mit einer grossen Auswahl. Ich empfehle es mit voller Begeisterung und Überzeugung.
