Fantastische ligging van het hotel met een privéparking net naast de vestiging. Ontzettend vriendelijke eigenaar en eigenaresse. Zo attent dat zij waren. Ook in het hotel een heel leuk winkeltje met goede wijnen en streekproducten. Grote en gezellige slaapkamer.

A really nice few days at the Hotel du Pont Vieux while staying in Carcassonne. Well positioned on the Rue Trivalle cental for walking to the new town or the old walled city. Carcassonne is a 'must visit' destination for a short break and we were not disappointed from our welcome at the hotel, drinks and food in the old city and proximity to the airport. We took the bus from the airport to 'Le Dome' and then walked over the Pont Vieux bridge (around 10 mins) to the hotel. The hotel was easy to find. Our room was comfortable and breakfast was traditional and could be taken inside or in the enclosed rear garden. Jean Michel and Catherine were extremely welcoming and, important to highlight that, Jean Michel helped by taking us to the airport on our final day when our booked taxi failed to turn up. Some great views of the walled city from the roof patio area. Ideal for a Carcassonne visit. Highly recommended.

Accueil très professionnel et sympathique avec explications des sites à visiter non loin de l'hôtel. À 10 minutes à pied de la Cité.Superbe vue de la terrasse de l'hôtel sur les remparts. Petite déjeuner avec d'excellents produits locaux. Cake fait maison exceptionnel!

Pourquoi chercher ailleurs ? L'accueil, le confort, le calme et la gentillesse. Il est temps de se rappeler qu'un hôtel ce n'est pas simplement des prestations, mais bel et bien du contact et de l'humain. Et ça ne s'apprend pas. Alors, mal embauchés et pénibles, allez ailleurs, car ici, sincèrement, il n'y a que du bon. Margaux.

Tiene una pequeña terraza mirador con una vista espectacular de la ciudad amurallada.

We had very enjoyable stay at this hotel, which is conveniently situated, in a quiet location, for the Old City (uphill walk but we did not find it a problem). A warm welcome greeted us on arrival and we found all the staff we met very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and we had plenty of space; the bed was very comfortable. A good breakfast was provided, which we could take inside or in the garden (a lovely setting). For convenience and not having visited Carcassonne before, we chose to take a taxi from the train station to the hotel. The taxi had to leave us near the hotel (1-2 minute walk to the hotel) as the hotel is situated in a no-traffic zone at certain times of the year. The hotel provided clear instructions for getting to the hotel, so again no problem. On leaving we decided to walk to the train station, about a 20 minute mostly flat walk. We would certainly use this hotel again if returning to Carcassonne.

A perfectly situated hotel, ran by a lovely and helpful couple. Proximity to little resteraunts, bars and the fantastic walled city, second to none.

Trois points forts à cette adresse, l'hôtel qui échappe à la normalisation actuelle pour offrir des chambres agréables, décorées simplement dont certaines avec vue sur la citadelle, l'accueil des propriétaires, attentifs à l'arrivée comme au départ à leurs clients et ... les "Confitures de la Cité", fabrication maison, qui prolongent le plaisir de cette étape. Elles sont toutes délicieuses, est-ce grâce au nouveau laboratoire et à la bassine en cuivre ?

Les chambres sont très confortables - très bonne douche, lit très confortable, beaucoup d'espace, bureau. The rooms are very comfortable - very good shower, very comfortable bed, plenty of space, desk.
L'emplacement est parfait - à quelques minutes de la ville médiévale, à côté de la vieille ville, dans une rue avec d'excellents restaurants et cafés. Pas très loin de la gare, à travers le centre ville - la promenade est agréable.
The location is perfect - a few minutes from the medieval town, next to the old town, on a street with excellent restaurants and cafes. Not too far from the station, through the town centre - the walk is lovely.

Dans la chambre triple, le troisième lit se trouve dans une pièce séparée, avec une porte depuis la pièce principale. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur mais un escalier en pierre en colimaçon. Si vous arrivez à faire le tour des remparts, vous arriverez v monter jusqu'à votre chambre. Si vous optez pour une chambre au premier étage, vous pourrez toujours accéder à la terrasse panoramique. In the triple room, the third bed is in a separate room, with a door from the main room. There is no lift but a stone spiral staircase. If you manage to walk around the ramparts, you'll find your way up to your bedroom. If you opt for a room on the first floor, you can still access the panoramic terrace.

Le wifi était variable dans ma chambre du haut - je m'arrêtais de travailler pour regarder la cité médiévale depuis ma fenêtre. Il y a une salle de livres au premier étage où l'on peut aussi accéder à l'internet. The wifi was variable in my room at the top - I stopped working to watch the medieval city from my window. There is a book room on the first floor where you could also access the internet.

Je ne peux pas imaginer revenir à Carcassonne et séjourner dans un autre hôtel.

Very good service and excellent location. Comfortable rooms with (at least our) outstanding view of Carcassone Citè. Just a note: room 20 (our room, triple) has a drawback that is the heat pump on the small common balcony, noisy during night.

Un hotel pequeñito y muy tranquilo, regentado por una pareja súper amable. El hotel no puede estar más céntrico. Habitación pequeña pero muy limpia con un baño perfecto. Muy buen desayuno. Es un 3 estrellas muy recomendable.

Hôtel situé au pied des remparts avec superbe vue sur la cité médiévale et avec une petite terrasse panoramique. Chambre coquette, propre avec vue sur la cité. Parking pour nos vélos. Catherine est accueillante et donne de bons conseils. Attention pour aller sur la terrasse panoramique le plafond et bas. Petit déjeuner correct sans plus. bon rapport qualité / prix

Lloc molt ben situat, molt net, i amb un ambient molt agradable. Els amfitrions son amabilisims. L’esmorzar de molta cualitat i força variat, amb productes locals. L’abitacio molt neta, silenciosa (només s’escolten els ocells i l’aigua de la font del jardí) i amb uns llits i llençols impecables.
No puc dir res dolent, tot a estat perfecte. ????????

Hôtel très agréable et bien situé, au pied du château. Le personnel de la réception était très aimable et serviable. Nous n'avons pas eu de chance et notre chambre sentait beaucoup le tabac, sans doute à cause du client précédent.
