Endroit authentique, sympa et très accueillant au coeur de la Bastide. Un bon rapport qualité prix et des plats corrects, avec un service attentionné. On adore!
Petite suggestion: mettez plutôt des légumes à la place du fromage sur le Dahl de lentilles. Avec quelques gouttes de citron, cela serait parfait ????.

We walked in as they were finishing serving lunch, but they were happy to squeeze us in and serve us. We had two delicious meals that were super generous portions and full of flavour.
The prices here were almost half the price of other eateries we walked past in Carcassone and we feel like Cafe Saillan was great value for money.
