Dans l'ensemble, la nourriture était excellente mais le restaurant a un problème avec le personnel. Il n’y a pas de règles établies pour le personnel et chacun fait ce qu’il veut. Certaines personnes ont attendu une heure pour avoir de la nourriture et ne l'ont toujours pas reçue, alors elles sont allées dans un autre restaurant et c'est un client perdu.

The best French and mixed cousin food in Carcassone. Burger was really good and pizza as well. Lemon tarta was good but very very sour. Overall food was great but the restaurant have problem with the staff. There are no set rules for staff and everyone is doing what they want. Some people waited an hour for food and still didn't get it so they went to other restaurant and that's a lost customers.

Possibly the best pizza I've had so far in France, I eat a lot of pizza. They provided my dog with the biggest water bowl ever!
