Rooms are great. Modern and clean.
It's really lacking a kitchen and lounge area. Even just a fridge and microwave area would be nice!
There is a roof top but there's only bar stools . Same with the bar downstairs . There's just bar stools and no sofas to lounge on.
There are no bath mats or hand tissues in the bathroom.
Other than that it was great

Petit hôtel tout à fait confortable et bien situé. Le personnel est chaleureux, aimable et aux petits soins, toujours prêt à rendre service. Notre séjour était très agréable.
Le lendemain, c’est la douce et lumineuse Petite Sarah qui m’a accueillie. Son sourire sincère et son enthousiasme communicatif m’ont touchée. On sent qu’elle aime ce qu’elle fait, et ça fait toute la différence. Elle m’a proposé de laisser ma valise à l’auberge jusqu’à mon départ pour la gare — un véritable soulagement, car je ne me voyais pas arpenter Carcassonne avec un bagage si encombrant.
Les chambres sont d’une propreté irréprochable, très confortables, et d’un calme rare. On s’y sent immédiatement apaisés, comme dans un cocon.
Un grand merci à toute l’équipe! Le Couvent est bien plus qu’une simple auberge : c’est un lieu où l’on se sent accueilli, écouté, presque comme à la maison.
Je recommande de tout cœur !
