If you come to Carcassonne, definitely don't eat a burger at FloridaBlanca!!!
My boyfriend and I went there with the intention of having a romantic dinner with the "Starter + main course + dessert" menu, but as soon as we arrived we were met with the message: "We don't have any more menu today". Okay, we decided to give it a try anyway. I went for the classic burger with fries, since I'm not a big fan of seafood, and it's a dish that you can hardly go wrong with. But it was, and it was probably one of the biggest I've ever tried. As soon as I received the dish, my eyes went straight to the fries, in disbelief: dark (old oil), soft and soaked in oil. The burger was definitely not tasty. But compared to the fries it was easier to swallow. The price: abusive. The quality: frustrating. The service and atmosphere: ok. I don't want to think that this is what France has to offer. But I definitely don't recommend it to anyone.

I feel that I was robbed. I went there for dinner with my girlfriend. I had an Iberian pork and she had a burger. The taste of the pork was bad, French fries were too fried like almost burnt and with lots of oil. My girlfriend’s burger was with no salt or pepper, no cheese in the burger and French fries were also really bad. I do not recommend this place!!! We paid more than 40 euros for this horrible food!!! The waitress also simply forgot my beverage and tried to charge it in the end!

Nous avons pris plusieurs tapas et nous n’avons pas regretté, tout était délicieux !

The food here is terrible please avoid, I have read the other reviews and can honestly say they have never been to a good restaurant very disappointed the squid tasted like tofu and I hate tofu, the pork was like leather and the chips almost burnt beyond recognition, I waitress was good but that’s all that could be said I had the cassoulet which tasted like it was out of a tin I even heard the microwave ping when it was ready please avoid this place at all cost

I don't know where these people normally eat but tonight the food was cooked or should I say fried or microwaved tasted like it came straight from a packet!! I had the pork with fries which was nearly inedible so chewy and my husband had the cassoulet which looked so anemic and looked like it came straight out of a can. Sorry really was looking forward to our our meal out but was very disappointed ????

Beautiful restaurant with lovely hosts. I think its a family run restaurant which makes it even more valuable to the community. The owners are very sweet and curteous. The food is delicious and portions just right at a good price too. The atmosphere is cosy and welcoming and nice music too. Lots of locals eating there so you know it's the real deal????. The house red wine was great and the chocolate desert (made by the owner!) was very nice! Everything was fresh. If I ever come back I will definitely visit again!

Un lloc excel·lent! Hem gaudit d’un menú per 20€ amb una relació qualitat-preu immillorable. El tracte del personal ha estat molt proper i amable, i el menjar boníssim, amb productes de qualitat i ben cuinats. Una experiència que recomano al 100%! Segur que repetirem.

Nous étions de passage et frigorifiés, nous avons Très bien mangé, le patron est super sympa.

Pero las croquetas y la tortilla estavan literalmente chamuscadas, el chorizo era totalmente de paquete. El precio comparado con otros establecimientos no era demasiado caro pero la calidad de la cocina muy mala. No lo recomendaria segun nuestra experiencia, el ambiente era bueno todo gente española y se estaba calentito.
