Delicious, healthy with fresh ingredients, and vegetarian/vegan friendly presented in a unique dish you will not find anywhere else. The cozy, small setting felt like being served a home-cooked meal straight from the kitchen. Dessert was delicious as well - one of the richest and best chocolate cakes I’ve ever had. A hidden gem and a highlight of Carcassonne.
