We've been in France for five nights. We've eaten out every night. Three nights in Paris at highly rated restaurants, one in Limoges, and tonight. I've had steak three of the nights. Also buratta three times. We also eat out at home often at great restaurants. Tonight's steak was the first where it wasn't overcooked, it was done perfectly. And tonight's buratta was the most flavorful. Overall, this is the best meal we've had in France. The wine was also delicious. I seek out organic wines often - they are hard to find in the United States - and to have that tonight was special. Thank you so much for an amazing dinner in this very special city.

My husband and I spent only three nights in Carcassonne, so selecting good restaurants was very important. Based on reviews, we selected La Marquiere as we wanted to visit one inside the walls. We were not disappointed! The food was one of the best meals we had during our two week Spain/France trip and I would highly recommend finding out for yourself. Their chocolate/cherry dessert was not only delicious but theatrical and I loved the presentation.
