Beautiful hotel, exceptional service, great food and selection of wines, everything has been thought of, the rooms are beautifully designed, quality bedding, the bathroom was amazing! We enjoyed using the pool in the very hot weather. Andre is a wonderful host, so accommodating and kind. We will be back!

As you drive into the hotel you may be a little bit worried about the location of the hotel. It is in a small commercial area close to the main roads. But don’t let this put you off - it is actually quite a convenient location. 3 mins drive to Carcassonne historic centre and close to the main roads. We didn’t notice any noise from the roads. ||Our check-in experience was, let’s say, entertaining as the (only) lady on reception had three parties to check-in and ensured each got the personal experience the hotel offers. 30 minutes later we were shown to our room which i have to say was lovely. Modern, spacious, fresh, with comfortable bed, nice linen and products. We really enjoyed the hotel and used it as a base for exploring Carcassonne the wider area and it always felt nice coming back ‘home’ after a day out. Breakfast was lovely. The pool area nice. Overall a great experience for us and we would choose Le Meez for our next stay in the area.
