A warm welcome and delicious food. Lovely to be able to sit outside.
Menu changes daily and it's a case of take what you get. I don't eat fish and they accommodated this though we changed our reservation to avoid the tuna!
The gazpacho was delicious. The tomatoes and burrata out of this world. The pork was super tasty but mine was slightly undercooked. Overall, a taste experience and well worth a visit. A la prochaine!
Highlights of the evening included the gazpacho, which was wonderfully clean and fresh, served with a unique twist on the side. The duck was beautifully cooked and paired with a gorgeous sauce, and the panna cotta was outstanding. Each dish had its own inventive touch, making the whole meal memorable.
We look forward to returning!
Belle expérience dans une ambiance très sympathique
On arrival at the restaurant, we were greeted warmly by the hostess and offered aperitifs.
The menu was amazing, and they made adjustments anywhere required to allow for my wife's pregnancy. From cooking her serving of pork for extra time, to switching charcuterie garnishes to cheese, they thought of everything.
The chef, a former barman and partner to the hostess, offered prepared a delicious Shirley Temple at the end of the evening, and the couple were just so lovely throughout. They were so kind to every group, and really looked after us all.
We left feeling really nourished from great food and conversation.
A must-visit in Carcassonne, this restaurant really warrants the many five-star reviews.

Nous avons passé une excellente soirée avec notre chien dans ce restaurant.
L'aperitivo en 7 plats était époustouflant. Tant les ingrédients que le talent du chef.
L'ambiance était conviviale et professionnelle.
Le principe de ne pas choisir son menu et que toutes les tables soient servies en même temps était original et participe à l'ambiance du lieu.

Und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht, Einrichtung ein bißchen wie Garagenrestaurant und das Essen war die Wucht, sieben Gänge für 35 Euro, die alle super waren. Stilles Wasser ist gratis und der Rosewein zu 19 Euro total lecker.
Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht und können dieses kleine Restaurant uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.
I also wanted to make a real point of how amazing it was not to be made to feel second place/sub priority as not only a solo diner but also a vegetarian. Often in higher end restaurants offering taster menus, I find there are little hidden supplements for both of these but it was so nice to just be treated as a 'regular diner'. I was made to feel exceptionally welcome.
I must also mention the very creative and delicious vegetarian alternatives (fennel bacon, yum!), all done at the last minute as I squeezed in on the day with just a few hours notice.
This is how a restaurant should be run!! A very very special place. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area, I doubt you'll find a better option locally!
Repas du midi avec une formule unique à 25€ sans réservation je ne pensais pas que ça passerait.
Finalement, les patrons nous ont chaleureusement accueillis en portant une attention particulière à nos jeunes filles qui se sont régalées.
Des goûts, des couleurs, de beaux produits, une cuisine élaborée, de belles quantités et un service au top.

El servicio excelente con muy buen trato (además de francés destacar que hablan al menos inglés y español), el ambiente encantador con buena música y decoración y el menú de inmejorable calidad-precio, con productos de calidad en un menú cerrado muy bien pensado. Nos encantó todo!! Volveríamos sin duda.
