Très contente. J'ai dormi comme un bébé (literie hyper confortable). Le plus est indéniablement la proximité des transports (gare et station de bus), mais aussi le château qui n'est qu'à 200m. Super petit-déjeuner aux saveurs sucrés et salées.

Room in a Diar state in need of renovation and very small although it was clean in general there was black mould in the shower cubicle and the liquid soap dispenser was empty for 2 days till I had to request replacement, No coffee makeing facilities in the room.
Staff who really didn't want to be there and seemed not to care, we had a late checkout till 4 pm on our booking and were constantly harassed to get out of our room on the day earlier even though I reminded them on 3 occasions.
The breakfast was very good but again once food needed replacing they took ages to do so, most mornings there was scrambled egg and no bacon or bacon and no scrambled egg. Really poor service.
I understand this is only a 3 star hotel but it was operated like a Hostel with 1 star and expensive to stay here.
The really only positive thing about the hotel is the location minutes walk away from the Palace of Versailles.
Would I stay here again.....NO

Well located. Staff not bothered or helpful- not friendly or making you feel welcome at reception. Small room with tiny bathroom and expensive for what it was. Early booking and as Accor member cost me 50%more than price at hotel. Ridiculous.

Nous avons été très satisfait de notre hôtel. Chambre parfaite, très bonne literie. Parking en sous-sol. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et avec beaucoup de choix.

Though the room was basic and not that large the price reflects this. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. They asked when I was checking in if there was anything I wanted i.e. room with a view etc. I asked for a quiet room and it was. The food was great. The location is spot on opposite the train station, round the corner from the palace and nearby shops and restaurants. Would stay again

Bâtiment très vestuste ! Arrivée dans la chambre linge têtes d oreillers tachés, distributeur de boisson à moitié épuiser, et la literie n en parlons plu on dirais dormir parterre , je suis répartie avec un mal de dos terrible ! Seul atout bien placé au.lieu que je voulais allée !

Bel hôtel, personnel agréable dans l'ensemble mais chambre standard vraiment trop petite.
Aucun meuble de rangement à part une petite penderie avec cintres.
L'année passée nous avions des chambres supérieures et c'était impeccable mais plus de libre cette fois ci. Plus jamais dans cet hôtel si pas de chambre supérieure.

Client Ibis , membre classic . Question confort c’est un Ibis vraiment placé près du château et près d’accès de transport direct pour Paris pour un prix relativement bon. Personnel professionnel et à l’écoute, une personne minimum 24h/24h pour vous répondre et vous aider. Le seul problème c’est que vous réservez sur le site Accor et payer 2 mois avant en pensant avoir un prix et vous vous apercevez que 15 jours avant votre arrivée votre séjour coûterait 30€ moins cher. Aucun remboursement possible puisque payé. La prochaine fois j’attendrai.

We stayed here 2 nights whilst visiting and cycling around Versailles.|I chose this hotel for its proximity to the chateau and gardens and in this respect it did not disappoint: it is a mere 2 blocks from the chateau entrance area and close to many restaurants and shops. It also has paid parking which was useful for us as we were travelling with a rental car.|I thought that the breakfast at the hotel was good.|Our room however was showing its age and was very small. They don’t turn the aircon on until mid- May so if you stay here before then you will want to hope that it is not hot. The walls are very thin so you will probably hear everything your neighbours do and they will hear you. The bathroom was tiny. |On our second day there was a notice in the lobby near the lift advising that there would be no hot water until 7pm due to an emergency with the hot water system.|In short, if you want to be close to the chateau of Versailles and are not too fussy about the standard of hotel that you stay in this would probably be an OK choice.

Que dire? Nous cherchions un hôtel entre le RER C et le Château de Versailles avec Parking, et bien nous l'avons trouvé mais une fois dans notre chambre quelle amertume : malgré une demande de surclassement avec un balcon, booouuuu que tout était fade ! Une salle de bain des année 1980, une paroie de baignoire pas étanche, un pseudo canapé qui est en fait un 3eme lit au tissu qui a fait la guerre, une porte d'entrée de chambre bizarre et une porte de balcon poreuse qui nous a obligé le samedi dans la nuit à essuyer la chambre innondée jusque sous le lit. Autre chose? Allez pour le fun : le "bacon" au petit déjeuner dont la cuisson demande plus de 40 mns. Nous avons dit en partant : gardez les au chaud nous les mangerons l'année prochaine !

Bien placé à Versailles, Accueil au top, petit déjeuner top aussi. Un parking est à disposition juste a coté.
Chambre et Salle de bain un peu petites mais suffisantes pour y dormir. Seul point négatif : chambre mal isolée au 2ème, ma fille et moi avons été plusieurs fois réveillées par des portes qui claquent et des discussion dans le couloir.

I was really very satisfied. The hotel is well located, 5 minutes by walk from the castle, close to the railway station and there are restaurants around. The room was well equipped and the staff was extremely helpfull.
