Hyper désagréable c’est vraiment dommage…
Mon père s’est étouffé de manière assez grave, la bar man a refusé de me donner un verre d’eau car elle pensait que j’étais pas cliente ( ça ne devrait rien changer) et elle m’a mal regardé, ne pas répondu, ne pas donné l’eau au début, j’ai du attendre, puis je lui ai redemandé pour le verre d’eau puis elle m’en a donné un, encore une fois sans répondre quand je lui dis que c’est une urgence.
Une fois assis, on a pris la commande en disant qu’on est pressé si c’était possible de préparer les salades dès qu’ils peuvent, ils ont dit si vous êtes pressé partez.
Je n’ai pas apprécié ces deux interactions donc j’ai décidé de partir et manger à la crêperie d’à côté qui était super ( gentils accueillant et bons ).

Sadly the waiter who took our order was a little rude. I was taken aback by his bluntness when I ordered 3 drinks and a plate of food and his reply was I'll be wasting time with this order and you need to order more to be served in this restaurant. I have been in Paris for a few days now and this is the first time I have heard of it. The other servers were very polite who bought in our food. Thankfully the rude one didn't come back. So the experience was not all bad. I wouldn't have said anything buying thought it would be best if the owner new about it to avoid it in future. Thank you. The two stars for service are for the servers who brought our food. The one who took gets a negative.

I rarely write reviews but this place definitely deserves one.
Would have given a zero star if i could and if food wasn’t decent but the food was okay. Steak was too rare and had to send it back to the kitchen. The staff was passive aggressive but nice at the same time so im not sure what they were trying to do. Not sure if it’s the french culture but they started to take away the plates that were unfinished. I handed her the plate that we clearly finished and waved my hands when she was taking the other plates. Simply got the wave ignored and our plates were gone. I would have understood what her intentions were if the place was crowded but it wasn’t. We were the only group that was dining with one other table. What was worse is that she put the bill on our table while we were drinking and eating. I am not sure jf she wanted us to leave because we were going to order more but the intention was very clear. If your customers are eating, don’t throw the bill on the table when they are still dining. We had the bill sitting for few minutes because we were still dining like duh, she came to the table with the payment device and asked us to pay and then request to input service tip on the screen if we wanted. When you are asking for a tip there are two simple manners.
1. Serve your customers well
2. Look away from the device. Stop putting peer pressure on them.
I wasn’t the one on the device but if i was, I would have tipped -10%.
This is a very honest review and if this gets deleted I will make sure that my review stays somewhere in the internet.
