We stayed for one night in a roulotte and paid €190 — for that price, we expected much more.
There was no soap to wash your hands, no shampoo, not even salt for cooking. These are basic essentials usually provided even in three-star camping accommodations. Here, they sell everything at the reception, which feels like they’re profiting off the lack of basics.
If you’re looking for a quiet getaway in nature, this is not the place. The cabins are so close together that you hear everything — including children shouting from nearby houses and noise from the crowded swimming pool. Instead of peace and nature, it felt like a noisy campground.
The worst part: the receptionist didn’t tell us we had to book breakfast (even a croissant) the day before. As a result, we were left without anything to eat in the morning. Also, their milk frother doesn’t work, so when you ask for a cappuccino, you just get a regular coffee with milk.
And finally, our dog got five ticks. Clearly, the grounds are not treated properly — which is unacceptable for a place that markets itself as a nature escape.
Overall, we were very disappointed. For this price, basic comfort and attention to detail should be a given.
