We had booked three nights at L'Oree de Giverny but due to car problems we were a day late arriving. Veronique and her husband were so kind and sympathetic, the perfect hosts.|Our room was wonderful, a little cottage with a very comfortable bed, full kitchen, very large shower room, table and chairs inside and a private terrace, We also had a little garden with deckchairs, and all guests had the use of the beautiful garden with seating area, and a river at the bottom with the old wash house opposite. Peaceful, beautiful, idyllic!|Breakfast was delivered to our room and was huge and delicious! Fresh fruit, juice, yoghurt, croissants, butter, homemade jam, baguettes, cheese and coffee. There was so much that we made a picnic for lunch!|I would recommend booking for the gardens. The nearby town of Vernon is lovely. There is a lovely riverside bar very nearby the gardens, and we had a nice meal at Parenthesis.|We would definitely recommend L'Oree de Giverny as an excellent place to stay, and we will definitely return (to see the waterlilies!).

Kann ich 6 Sterne vergeben? Mehr geht nicht!
Unglaublich schöne Unterkunft in einem extrem gepflegten Garten, in dem Liebe, Leidenschaft und sehr viel Arbeit steckt.
Die Unterkunft: Da passt alles. Aufeinander abgestimmt. Das Bad: TOP! Dalles andere: Außergewöhnlich!
Wer in der Nähe ist, MUSS hier übernachten!!!!

I did not stay, though I wish I had. The proprietor was a most lovely human and was very helpful. The place was so inviting. Thank you so much for helping a lost traveler!

Un havre de paix
Veronique est toujours souriante et très serviable
Nous sommes toujours accueillis avec la plus grande attention
Le cadre est magnifique, les espaces extérieures aménagés et entretenus sont apaisants, les espaces intérieurs sont propres, modernes et reposants.
Bravo, ce Week-end nous a encore une fois épatés.
