Das Hotel wird zur Zeit renoviert, von innen und aussen. Vorab gab es dazu keinerlei Informationen. Von aussen Baugerüst bis in die 5. Etage. Innen sind die Maler noch am arbeiten. Es riecht überall nach nach Farben und Lacke. Nicht zumutbar. Flurteppiche sind mit Folie/Flies ausgelegt, an vielen Stellen ist noch abgeklebt. Klimanlage funktionierte nicht, war sehr warm auf den Zimmern. Man mochte wegen dem Baugerüst das Fenster auch nicht auflassen... und schon gar nicht nachts. Klositz nicht moniert, abgeklebte Lampe, Lichtschalter ohne Abdeckung... Auf unsere Beschwerde wurde kaum reagiert. Zuletzt wurde uns für den nächsten Tag ein Zimmer in der 5. Etage angeboten, welche nur über ein Minifahrstuhl (1 schlanke Person + Koffer) zu erreichen ist. Nach Rücksprache mit der Buchungsplattform haben wir die Buchung storniert und sind in ein anderes Hotel umgezogen.

Details of the hotel being under construction were not shared at the time of booking, and the hotel refuses to refund for nights I did not stay there because of this. I stayed one night and was kept up with the smell of paint and adhesive, on top of early construction and an ac that didn’t work because of the construction. On top of that, the toilet seat was falling off, there were missing light fixtures, taped on room numbers, and scaffolding blocking any type of view. Even the bar which is part of the hotels name is closed. Despite misrepresentation, and my booking company stating they were not informed of this, the hotel refuses to issue a refund. Horrible customer service and do not recommend to anyone that doesn’t want to have to book another hotel last second due to these issues. Only giving one because I can’t give zero.

I recently stayed at Hotel Brittany in Paris, where I had previously had a positive experience. Unfortunately, this time my stay was completely unacceptable due to several serious issues, which I believe should be clearly communicated to future guests.||The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but this is not mentioned anywhere during the booking process. Upon entering my room, I was immediately hit by a strong smell of paint. When I tried to open the window to ventilate the space, the smell actually worsened, likely because the source was coming from nearby construction on the building's exterior.||Even if opening the window had resolved the paint odor, it would still have posed a significant safety concern. The construction scaffolding was located directly in front of my window, and it would have been very easy for someone from the construction crew to step inside the room. The idea that anyone could access a guest's room from the outside is simply unacceptable and raises serious questions about the hotel's safety standards.||When I raised the issue with the hotel staff, I explained that I had not been informed about the renovations and that the smell made it impossible to sleep. They offered me another room on the 7th floor and handed me a key card. However, upon entering the new room, I found an open suitcase and personal belongings, clearly indicating that the room was already occupied by another guest — an alarming breach of privacy and security.||I returned to reception and was told that the only alternative was to find a room in another hotel, but I would need to pay for it upfront myself, which is completely unacceptable given the circumstances.||In summary:||There was no advance notice about ongoing renovations.||The room was unusable due to intense paint fumes.||The window could not be used for ventilation due to both worsening odor and serious safety risks.||I was given access to an occupied room, violating guest privacy.||The only solution offered was to pay out-of-pocket for another hotel.||This experience was incredibly disappointing, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone until these serious issues are properly addressed. This level of carelessness and lack of communication should not be considered acceptable by any standard.

My experience here was very great, I had enjoyed every single moment. The hotel was very clean , breakfast was very good and customer service was excellent.

Just hemkommen från en fyra nätters vistelse på detta urmysiga hotell som jag varmt kan rekommendera. Vi visste inte riktigt vad vi kunde förvänta oss efter att ha läst många dåliga recensioner pga pågående renovering. Jag kan tycka att det ska framgå vid bokning om hotellet är under renovering men nu var vi lite beredda på det och inget vi stördes av förutom att delar av trappan och ett våningsplan var helt avstängda. Vi bodde i ett helt nyrenoverat rum och renoveringen märktes inte av varken i lobbyn eller frukostrummet. Personalen var väldigt hjälpsamma och gjorde allt för att vi skulle trivas.|Frukosten serverades vid bordet och det fanns en hel del att välja på. |Hotellet ligger centralt med gångavstånd till många sevärdheter men också nära till flera tunnelbanestationer och bussar. Vi tog oss smidigt både dit och tillbaka med flygbussen från CDG flygplats, stannar ca 800m från hotellet. I området finns många restauranger, caféer och barer.|Bor gärna här igen!

Jättemysigt familjärt hotell. Bra frukost och trevlig personal. Hotellet håller på att renovera så det var lite stökigt i trapporna på övre våningarna men det fanns hiss. Vi bodde i helt nyrenoverat fräscht rum. När renoveringen är helt klart kommer hotellet vara super. Läget är bra. 10-15 minuters promenad [800 m] till flygbussar. Flera metrolinjer i närheten.

Arrivati in hotel dopo aver prenotato quasi 2 mesi prima e PAGATO!!! Ci hanno detto che non c’erano camere senza essere in grado di trovare una soluzione. Una volta poi contattato l’agenzia ci hanno proposto una soluzione in hotel lurido, vecchio e frequentato da gente di malaffare dal quale siamo dovuti scappare, trovando soluzioni a spese nostre. Vacanza rovinata !!!

When we checked in, the front desk staff was so kind and helpful. The blond guy helped us stow our luggage while we went to the bathroom, and when we came out, he had a map ready with places circled that we should visit and routes we should take. Literally above and beyond!

Very nice hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating when arrived early in the morning, when check in is at 3.
The location was great. Near some nice restaurants and 2 metros

bon emplacement. Accueil agréable. Il aurait été judicieux de nous informer à notre arrivée que des travaux étaient en cours et que nous aurions du bruit dès 7H30 samedi matin. Nous nous serions organisés différemment. Nous comprenons très bien que parfois des travaux sont nécessaires. Mais dommage de ne pas prévenir votre clientèle.

I have stayed here at least ten times, and have always loved it and appreciated the warm welcome. One staff member in particular always remembered me each time. Sadly, I think he's gone. Still a great location (near the gourmet paradise that is rue des Martyrs) and close to Gare du Nord. Great area. While the hotel keeps improving its appearance and renovating, I have a few observations from our visit last week: the new bathtubs are inaccessible for people who aren't agile. On a smaller note, the hairdryers are too. Silly I know, but if you have mobility issues, you will struggle. Finally, the breakfast arrangement is ridiculous now, seemingly to cut costs and waste. Come on: people are on holiday and want flexibility. They don't want to a time and a menu the night before! Bring back a buffet.

Chambre 2023, l'état de la moquette tachée fait craindre d'attraper des champignons... mais plus gênant le service. ||En effet je n'ai pas pu prendre mon 2eme petit déjeuner après la seconde nuitée (le 1er servi en chambre était très bien). car il n' a pas été monté en chambre et lorsque j'ai appelé la réception de 8h30 à 8h45, personne pour décrocher, la seule personne présente était en salle de petit déjeuner (1 seul client) et faisait la vaisselle...||Du coup je n'ai pas pris de petit déjeuner faute de temps (ayant perdu 15 minutes en chambre)||J'ai bien entendu demandé le remboursement du petit déjeuner, mais j'aurai préféré le prendre sur place comme prévu.||dommage sinon la deco est sympa et conforme aux photos, mais de grâce, shampouinez les moquettes||

Cet hotel est clairement horrible.... Il manque totalement d'insonorisation entre les chambres. On entend vraiment tout.... la douche, le wc, le savon et même les conversations téléphoniques.... Et non ce n'est pas parce que les autres clients font du bruit mais bien parce que tout est fin!!!!||Impossible de dormir ...||De plus, ils font des travaux pour passer 4 étoiles.... Résultat: les clients actuels se tapent du bruit!!!||Le petit déjeuner n'est plus en mode buffet.... On doit dire la veille ce que l'on prend et le choix est limité!||Franchement je n'ai jamais payé aussi cher à Paris avec une qualité aussi insatisfaisante!!!!||Les points positifs: l'hotel est beau et surtout bien situé près de rues commerçantes, animées de restos et de cafés... et surtout de plusieurs bouches de métros!||Je suis très déçue de ce séjour

We stayed here for a weekend trip to Paris and I couldn’t be happier with the hotel, it was beautiful, clean, stylish interior, comfy beds and perfect sized rooms.
The staff were also all so welcoming and friendly and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering.

Nous avions une réservation réalisée à partir de votre site internet depuis plus de 3 semaines. Le jour même nous avons reçu un rappel. Quelle fut notre surprise quand nous sommes arrivés et qu'on nous a indiqué que le bar avait fermé ? Nous venons même de recevoir un mail nous demandons ce que nous en avons pensé + nous demandant de laisser un avis. C'était une soirée importante. Il faudrait mettre à jour votre site internet...

Let me start by saying that the staff at this hotel are extremely lovely and in some ways were the most redeeming quality, so thank you to them ! ||Firstly, the hotel was under construction, which was never conveyed to us or stated anywhere on the website that we saw. When we arrived from our long flight, there was no water. Extremely noisy during the day due to drilling and banging. The work being done on the floor above would cause debris from the ceiling to fall into the sink, bathtub and on my toiletries. The bar is also completely closed and under construction as well. ||Two things that have nothing to do with renovation for my fellow travelers - For those of you wanting a balcony, the hotel only has 2 rooms with a balcony, which is worth noting before you book if that is important to you. I had emailed the hotel months before inquiring about this, and never received a response. ||The heat in the room is set to a certain temp and cannot be raised or controlled by you, also worth noting. ||Beds & towels were comfortable and location was excellent.

Unfortunately I was really disappointed with the room, nothing like advertised online and not worth €165 euro a night.
My room was run down, stains on floor, chipped paint, heating did not function properly - I had two sleepless nights. The toilet seat had also come off. Further more the room was located at the end of a corridor next to a loud machine. I am aware a refurb is being done and will be finished in 2026, however until then the rooms are just not worth the money advertised. They are very below average.
The location however is excellent and the staff were friendly.

Fantastic rooms! Very clean!(thank you!!) Very good matress! Nice water pressure in the shower, which is finally not fixed on the wall! And fluffy big towels!
Coffee machine and kettle in the room, and no, you dont have to buy your capsules!

Breakfast made with love, it could be better selection, but the scrambled eggs were nice and buttery and super tasty! Breakfast coffee though for me is important and it was very average.

Next to very central métro line (even changed 2 lines, and still took me 15 min to be downtown or actually everywhere!!!12 minutes walking to Lafayette gallery.
In a very cosy and safe neighbourhood! With many shops around the corner.

This hotel added many stars to our week-end! It is a gem!
