Das Hotel wird zur Zeit renoviert, von innen und aussen. Vorab gab es dazu keinerlei Informationen. Von aussen Baugerüst bis in die 5. Etage. Innen sind die Maler noch am arbeiten. Es riecht überall nach nach Farben und Lacke. Nicht zumutbar. Flurteppiche sind mit Folie/Flies ausgelegt, an vielen Stellen ist noch abgeklebt. Klimanlage funktionierte nicht, war sehr warm auf den Zimmern. Man mochte wegen dem Baugerüst das Fenster auch nicht auflassen... und schon gar nicht nachts. Klositz nicht moniert, abgeklebte Lampe, Lichtschalter ohne Abdeckung... Auf unsere Beschwerde wurde kaum reagiert. Zuletzt wurde uns für den nächsten Tag ein Zimmer in der 5. Etage angeboten, welche nur über ein Minifahrstuhl (1 schlanke Person + Koffer) zu erreichen ist. Nach Rücksprache mit der Buchungsplattform haben wir die Buchung storniert und sind in ein anderes Hotel umgezogen.

Details of the hotel being under construction were not shared at the time of booking, and the hotel refuses to refund for nights I did not stay there because of this. I stayed one night and was kept up with the smell of paint and adhesive, on top of early construction and an ac that didn’t work because of the construction. On top of that, the toilet seat was falling off, there were missing light fixtures, taped on room numbers, and scaffolding blocking any type of view. Even the bar which is part of the hotels name is closed. Despite misrepresentation, and my booking company stating they were not informed of this, the hotel refuses to issue a refund. Horrible customer service and do not recommend to anyone that doesn’t want to have to book another hotel last second due to these issues. Only giving one because I can’t give zero.

I recently stayed at Hotel Brittany in Paris, where I had previously had a positive experience. Unfortunately, this time my stay was completely unacceptable due to several serious issues, which I believe should be clearly communicated to future guests.||The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but this is not mentioned anywhere during the booking process. Upon entering my room, I was immediately hit by a strong smell of paint. When I tried to open the window to ventilate the space, the smell actually worsened, likely because the source was coming from nearby construction on the building's exterior.||Even if opening the window had resolved the paint odor, it would still have posed a significant safety concern. The construction scaffolding was located directly in front of my window, and it would have been very easy for someone from the construction crew to step inside the room. The idea that anyone could access a guest's room from the outside is simply unacceptable and raises serious questions about the hotel's safety standards.||When I raised the issue with the hotel staff, I explained that I had not been informed about the renovations and that the smell made it impossible to sleep. They offered me another room on the 7th floor and handed me a key card. However, upon entering the new room, I found an open suitcase and personal belongings, clearly indicating that the room was already occupied by another guest — an alarming breach of privacy and security.||I returned to reception and was told that the only alternative was to find a room in another hotel, but I would need to pay for it upfront myself, which is completely unacceptable given the circumstances.||In summary:||There was no advance notice about ongoing renovations.||The room was unusable due to intense paint fumes.||The window could not be used for ventilation due to both worsening odor and serious safety risks.||I was given access to an occupied room, violating guest privacy.||The only solution offered was to pay out-of-pocket for another hotel.||This experience was incredibly disappointing, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone until these serious issues are properly addressed. This level of carelessness and lack of communication should not be considered acceptable by any standard.

My experience here was very great, I had enjoyed every single moment. The hotel was very clean , breakfast was very good and customer service was excellent.

Just hemkommen från en fyra nätters vistelse på detta urmysiga hotell som jag varmt kan rekommendera. Vi visste inte riktigt vad vi kunde förvänta oss efter att ha läst många dåliga recensioner pga pågående renovering. Jag kan tycka att det ska framgå vid bokning om hotellet är under renovering men nu var vi lite beredda på det och inget vi stördes av förutom att delar av trappan och ett våningsplan var helt avstängda. Vi bodde i ett helt nyrenoverat rum och renoveringen märktes inte av varken i lobbyn eller frukostrummet. Personalen var väldigt hjälpsamma och gjorde allt för att vi skulle trivas.|Frukosten serverades vid bordet och det fanns en hel del att välja på. |Hotellet ligger centralt med gångavstånd till många sevärdheter men också nära till flera tunnelbanestationer och bussar. Vi tog oss smidigt både dit och tillbaka med flygbussen från CDG flygplats, stannar ca 800m från hotellet. I området finns många restauranger, caféer och barer.|Bor gärna här igen!
