Charming hotel with a friendly efficient staff, comfortable accommodations and a delightful pup on site, Arctic a six month old golden retriever. The location was perfect and there are many excellent restaurants nearby, including a Michelin starred restaurant right across the street.

We absolutely loved this stunning hotel and found it such a very special place to return to each day. The interior is incredibly beautifully converted - and it's lovely that guests can enjoy the various communal areas, in particular when having breakfast each morning. Breakfast was extremely good with a nice selection of options, and all the staff were really friendly and helpful at all times. We slept wonderfully - the bedrooms are comfortable and quiet, with all the necessary amenities. The only reasons for giving this hotel an 8 rather than a 10 were that we do love bedrooms with a view when we're in Paris, and neither of our two rooms had that; there was only one keycard for each room which was a little less flexible; and a bottle of water was only provided in the room on the first day rather than every day, which meant a quick stop at the supermarket each day. None of these points would stop us returning, however, and we very much hope to do so soon! We would also recommend it wholeheartedly to all our friends. Thank you to all the staff for looking after us so kindly while we were staying.

The staff, the room and the location were outstanding. The only negative was the issue with key entry cards but that was relatively minor. Would definitely book again.
