Junior suit devided into average size room, connected to very small room with sofa/bed that never used. TV channells are very bad choices, the English ones only BBCwork, the Arabic is off 90% of time ? Though you have lots of Arab guests ??

Overall a good stay. However, I didn't receive my 15% gift card when I checked out of both rooms 504 and 505. It would be great to receive that credit on my credit card. Thank you.

Everything was super! We only Had a bit of confusion with Breakfast. On the first day we asked reception regarding how the breakfast works to have it sent to the room as we wanted to enjoy it in our Balcony. We asked whether eggs would still cost extra since it mentions £6.50 on the door handle breakfast request form and the man confirmed this however upon check out we informed reception that we had eggs on one occasion in order to ensure they charge us but the reception explained that this was included, had we have known we would of ordered eggs on the remaining days of the stay. Would be good to clarify this on the breakfast form for the people who book the discounted breakfast rate online.

Toilet paper is terrible worst then airport. Breakfast people are not very welcoming or helpful & some pastries etc are several days old. Overall good stay & will stay again but will definitely skip breakfast.

Overall we had a great time at the hotel. Concierge team is outstanding and very helpful .
Location is great , breakfast is very good and all the waiters are really profetional . Will come again

We only had one unexpected situation that we didn’t like.
Our room was available to us only at 16:00.
So, we had to wait 1 hour after the checkin time to receive the keys.

Nice hotel, but you need to improve with the restaurant menu to add more order, for example pizza or pasta something like this.

1st night out of 3 nights stay my kids were placed in a tight room in different floor although I requested side by side rooms or connected. They have been moved in the 2nd day in room 620 besides us (room 619) but the Glass of bathroom shower fell down in the 2nd night! luckily when they were outside the room. I will never stay there again. Can’t imagine if it has fallen while one of them was showering!! It is a shame you have such a beautiful hotel with this level of lousy service and maintenance. A/C sound is loud and terrible in room 619. Concierge staff are the best though. Reception staff are grumpy and not helpful at the time we were checked in. Toilet papers and napkins don’t get replenished after they are finished.
