We loved everything about this hotel. It is charming,welcoming and the staff is outstanding! Especially Thibaud, Yusuf and Mohammed. The breakfast staff is so professional. 10/10.

We really enjoyed staying at the hotel. The room was very clean, spacious and beautiful. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the location is fantastic!

The hotel and room were very nice and the location great. I do want to report that upon check out the bill was incorrect and inflated by 400 euros. Lucky thing I checked this. But the fact that the attendant tried to dispute the amount even after I showed the evidence and did not even apologize was very disappointing.

Excellent location and right where we wanted to be in the city. Would have enjoyed a better view out our window but all in all a great place to stay and one we’ll definitely return on our next visit to Paris

the hotel was beautiful and clean, centrally located; Staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were very good. Breakfast was massive. Would have been nice to have some lactose free yogurt available. A bit noisy on the street side at night with window open. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel!

Great location, staff and rooms. But in room 612 there was a bad smell in the room and the bathroom. It was like sewage smell. Please accept this point to improve your hotel more … we had great stay at your hotel

Generally very satisfied, need little more variety in breakfast (there were always same omelet, sausages), Greek channels on TV, and cards instead keys.

Très bien situé et personnel très agréable. Bien propre, juste penser à nettoyer les touches du téléphone en chambre, elles sont très sales. Télévision petite, dommage. Un vrai + pour la gentillesse de l'accueil arrivée comme départ, et du concierge, ainsi que la dame de propreté, et un +++++ pour le professionnalisme des personnes au petit déjeuner. Aux petits soins, merci !!!

We stayed in this beautiful hotel from 8th December to 13th December and wished it could have been longer. From the moment we arrived at the airport and were collected by Michel, the mini cab driver, your staff was excellent. They bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and decorated beautifully with high ceilings and quintessentially French decor. Breakfast was possibly one of the best we have experienced in any hotel around the world... fresh, extensive selection and perfectly cooked. Incredibly civilized and available until 2pm (not that we lingered for that long). Would highly recommend.

We had a great experience at Frontenac. We would like to return, but for that, reception and concierge should be more friendly and helpful. As was our first time in city having a warming reception would made the experience better. All other services were absolutely amazing.

I got the room with a view of the eiffel tower. I thought it should have been better disclosed that I had to go out on the little patio and look to the right to see the tower.
