L'ambiente è molto bello e ben curato, forse un po' freddo. Il cibo è ottimo, cotture perfette, sapori ben equilibrati. Il servizio mi ha un po' deluso, non ti vengono nemmeno spiegati i piatti, il vino è arrivato dopo il servizio dell'antipasto, che si è raffreddato nel frattempo. Quando spendi determinate cifre (che superano i 100€ a persona) ti aspetti determinate attenzioni che sono mancate.

Ein sehr gutes Restaurant.
Die Speisen waren von bester Qualität und geschmacklich sehr gut. Alle Gänge des Menüs waren ganz wunderbar. Die empfohlenen Getränke waren top (sehr gute Weinkarte). Der Service war stets präsent, ohne aufdringlich zu sein, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cela fait plus de 10 ans que l’on va dans ce restaurant . On a fait des fêtes d’anniversaire à plus de 20 personnes chaque année , des soirées en famille ou en amoureux.
Service digne d’une brasserie et encore !

Service des plats non synchronisé entre les convives alors que l’on était seulement trois !
20 minutes d’attentes pour sa veste en sortant sans merci ni au revoir
Rapport qualité prix au plus bas
750 euros pour trois avec un service non étoilé….
Vu les souvenirs de qualités et d’accueil … déception immense
En sortant , en voyant mon mécontentement , un convive m’a dit : mais ils ont perdu une étoile !
Ils ont oublié que pour un resto étoilé , on ne doit pas se sentir dans un service industriel mais personnalisé !

Une cuisine qu'on ne présente plus car la renommée est justifiée. Des découvertes et des classiques (purée, raviolis, poissons) tout était parfait . Le service convivial avec des serveurs dynamiques et accessibles, et un patron présent accueillant. Vraiment une belle soirée humaine et gustative. Vous ne regretterez pas. Les touristes viennent aussi de partout

Our favorite lunch during our week in Paris…. Absolutely delicious food, and wonderful service. I will dream about this meal (chestnut soup with foie, caviar pizza) for a long, long, long time. We will go back. I have one major disappointment which deserves to be stated. When we paid the check, by card, we asked if service was included. It was clearly stated on the menu that it was. We were so in awe of the delicious food we thought it warranted asking. The host who had already ran the check looked us in the eye and told us, no, service was not included. We are American so we debated leaving a 20% tip, or even more, because that is what we do at home. They asked if we wanted to charge our card again for tip and we said we would tip in cash. Our server, who was amazing, gave us a speech about how all tips are shared amongst staff further prompting us to leave a nice tip. We feel “got” by the lie that was told to us. I do not regret leaving extra because the food and service were great, but I would like to post for everyone that do not be fooled into leaving more because this is not necessary. We went to other Michelin restaurants throughout our eight night paris trip and we’re never told that we needed to tip.

This is quite one of the best meals o have ever eaten. My husband had the tasting menu but I don’t eat animal meat so I chose courses from the small plates. The service was so smooth it wasn’t in anyway awkward that we were eating dishes out of synch. The crab dumpling thingies were extraordinary and apparently everything on the tasting menu was perfect too. Mauro looked after us very well and was exceptionally patient with me wanting to use French where it would have been a lot easier to speak to me in English. The seating is excellent so you can see the kitchen and also because the atmosphere isn’t stuffy you can chat to the people around you. Sometimes restaurants like this can feel like a performance, this was just beautiful food served by lovely people. We were lucky to be able to experience this. Thankyou.

Das desaströseste und erniedrigendes Erlebnis in einem Restaurant, und das auf diesem Niveau, in meinem Leben!
Es kann immer etwas schief gehen bei Zweitbelegungen von Tischen, aber das Desinteresse an unserer Situation (reserviert für 21:15, um 22:00 Uhr immer noch im Foyer stehend und vom Personal negiert) ist einfach ungastronomisch und absolut inakzeptabel!
Hauptsache der Restaurant-Manager hat sich höflichst von jedem Gast verabschiedet.
So und hier - nie wieder!!!

Découvertes en toute détente : on y va pour essayer de découvrir la philosophie du maître... C'est réussi. Dégustation raffinée et très intéressante avec un personnel généreux et intentionné.

Magnifique expérience dans l ensemble. Nous avons opté pour le menu et c’est allé crescendo. Le poisson était parmi les meilleurs que j’ai pu manger, tandis que l’agneau était tout simplement divin. Le reste était de haute volée aussi, mais pas aussi remarquable. Le personnel était très aimable, le service est « humain » et décontracté, mais à la hauteur de l’étoile tout de même. L’ambiance est super avec la vue sur la cuisine et tout ce qui s’y passe. C’est très intéressant à regarder et cela crée une expérience dînatoire vraiment différente des autres restaurants.
