excellent séjour, nous connaissions déjà cet hôtel pour y être déjà descendus à différentes occasions . Petite remarque, le personnel de la réception manquent un peu d’empathie , c’est un peu froid, un peu plus de courtoisie serait un plus , nous sommes dans le luxe et le client est en droit d’attendre ce petit plus, c’est pour ce petit plus qu’il met le prix. Lors de la réservation , notre ancienne présence avait été remarquée mais totalement disparue au moment du check in , bizarre et désagréable pour le client.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la présence effective de la directrice qui salue aimablement les clients, qui est donc visible chose tellement rare dans l’hôtellerie ainsi que la gentillesse et la disponibilité des portiers .

Really enjoyed our stay at Le Burgundy. We stayed in a junior suite which was beautiful and very quiet. We did request a street view but got a courtyard view which was only negative. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I have a wonderful experience at Le Burgundy. The staff starting from the door men all the way to the housekeeping staff were amazing.
I also need to mention that from the time of my booking I was booked to stay at another hotel in the area I asked why should I stay at the Le Burgundy and the representative gave me all the key points of the Le Burgundy and I glad that I took the chance and made the right decision.

Our stay was excellent. All the staff from every department were very courteous and extremely helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent as it was close to all the main shopping areas and have very easy access to public transportation.
