No hair dryer was present in the room and the toilet brush fell of the wall (!) without touching it. So a little more attention to the room. Otherwise cool hotel and we will be back.

The beds had a bottom sheet and duvet, no top sheet. I prefer a top sheet and a duvet!

Hotel is in great location and many shops and cafes around. Can walk to a lot of places Service was over all good. Breakfast was nice/ ok . I’ve definitely better in Europe .

My wife and I agree that this is one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in. The staff at Le Burgundy is top notch. From the valet, to the concierge, to the housecleaning , everyone who we interacted with seems to love working there. We didn’t eat in the Beaudelaire, but we loved our morning breakfasts through room service. Wonderful location, and the rooms were perfect for us. Please keep up the good work!

Après presque deux ans d’absence, quel plaisir de revenir dans cet hôtel et de retrouver le même personnel accueillant. L’ensemble du staff se montre extrêmement attentionné et très poli, contribuant ainsi à une expérience des plus agréables. Les chambres sont propres et parfaitement aménagées, tandis que le service de ménage brille par son professionnalisme.

Le seul bémol de notre séjour fut le massage au spa. Malheureusement, la thérapeute n’a pas pris en compte mes demandes spécifiques. Cependant, je tiens à formuler cette critique de manière constructive, espérant ainsi contribuer à une amélioration du service.

Par ailleurs, la piscine est simplement magnifique, et le spa, dans son ensemble, offre un véritable havre de paix. Nous avons particulièrement adoré le hammam. Malgré ce petit désagrément, notre expérience globale reste extrêmement positive, et nous n’hésiterons pas à recommander cet hôtel pour quiconque cherche un séjour exceptionnel à Paris.

I really enjoyed staying at the hotel. The service was very friendly and efficient, the room had a very good size and was well decorated, I also liked breakfast, that was a nice buffet.

Il fallait demander de l’eau et des produits cosmétiques dans la chambre car cela n’a pas été complété par le service chambre…

Chambre pas faite le 14 au soir.
Petit dejeuner personnel peut réactif,et qualité des produit médiocre.
Problème billetterie pour musée d'Orsay.
