Chambre très bien
Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel et nous y retournerons à coup sûr!

Pas de proposition pour réserver une table au restaurant gastronomique, demande faite le soir mais pas honorée car pas de place, pas de proposition spontanée de nous mettre sur une liste d'attente...
Nous avons fréquenté la piscine le soir : serviettes, peignoirs laissés tout autour de la piscine, personne ne vient débarrasser (il y en avait au moins une dizaine partout...)
PDJ très bien, très qualitatif
Très belle chambre, néanmoins bruit de machinerie ....
Dommage car l’hôtel est bien situé
The buffet often has no plates to put food on, but the tables with guest are covered with plates. I ordered tea with milk, the tea comes but the milk arrives when the tea is cold. After a while I ordered another pot of tea and a fresh cup because the tea is now ice cold in the cup. They bring the new tea service, but don’t bother to clear the old pots etc. I tell my kids that’s why they have no plates at the buffet they are all on the tables. I ordered a ham and cheese omelet, it came plain, the server kind of debates me about the naked omelet, she finally gives up when I cut up the naked omelet.
It was the same when I was there in June with my wife when she was a guest of Chanel.
The hotel is great, the location is amazing, we have told so many Canadians how great things are, but just like cigarettes we give them a warning about the chaos of breakfast.
No one is not nice but they all seem to be someplace else. We look forward to being with you again soon.

Même le service du soir de la chambre, il n’a pas été fait un soir.
La seule personne qui était accueillante et serviable était le concierge Axel.
Sinon service impeccable
