Staff was so nice.
Loved the bar. We sat and had a drink when we came in at night. Very nice atmosphere.

The only comment I could provide is that the bathrooms should be provided with grip rails in the bath to help people with mobility issues, not that I had any.

We stayed 6 nights and loved the position and size of the hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Michelin star restaurant is a wonderful experience. Le Burgundy we will be back

Continental breakfast service was lacking and food could have been better. Service of hotel was great...but expected more from room. Shower was leaking....coffee machine was broken....and the mini fridge was not filled with waters by staff on last day. For the price of the hotel...i expected more.

Delightful. The restaurant was a magnificent dining experience along with the chef and staff including sommelier. Bar is nice - getting in there is not a friendly experience for hotel guests - should give preference to gussets as other hotels do. Overall, wonderful with a pretty room.

Only comment is that I wished you had 3 different bottles for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It's a 5 star property and having a 3-1 makes it less luxurious.
Ironing board & iron can also use an upgrade - seems like it's been with the hotel for a while.
Comp water bottles would also be a great touch

The duvet is very hot, even when running AC. It would be mice to also have a top sheet to use instead.
