Hôtel de très grande qualité. Très bien situé. Le staff est adorable et vraiment top.

I don’t speak French and cannot reply to some of the above. We found the hotel charming, beautifully decorated with great service. We appreciated the choice of books in the room, a really nice touch. But I grestly missed decent toiletries for the bath/shower. There was no hair conditioner and the shampoo and bath wash were in the same bottle. Not what tou would expect when paying 500 euros for a room anx nevef seen before. If you are concerned about thefts (what about all those books!) hair confitioners also come in large bottles.

Très agréable séjour à votre établissement. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié que vous rendiez notre chambre disponible pour midi lors de notre arrivée, ce qui a permis à notre petit de se reposer. Le personnel était sympathique et l’emplacement idéal. Nous serons de retour lors de notre prochain voyage à Paris. Merci pour tout!

Rien à dire, à part la qualité du café ( le matin au petit déjeuner c’est terrible, café trop torréfié ) indigne d’un hôtel Indigne d’un hôtel comme le vôtre.

1. You were unable to reserve my booking with a credit card despite me trying two different cards that have worked well with all other vendors
2. On arrival your receptionist told us that there was no reservation for us. I then shared the email I had and she then found it. After a poor taxi ride this level of concern was not what we needed.
3. You sent me an online form to complete ahead of arrival. I completed it asking for a fruit basket, an iron and an ironing board, and expressing a preference for an outside, street facing room if possible. It was clear that this hadn't been read at all as there was no fruit basket, no iron or ironing board and we were given an inside courtyard facing room with no explanation.

Staff and service were extremely helpful and accommodating. Our room was one of the nicest stays in Europe with very comfortable beds.

J'ai pris une suite pour une fois, mais la moquette n'était pas très propre, tâches aux sol,.il y avait 2 tv, très embêtant car quand on s'éteignait une l'autre s'allulait... Et vice versa.. Pas très agréable, en plus un peu chère pour la superficie et le type de chambre et surtout le. Petit déjeuner n'était pas inclus dedans car en paya t presque 900€ la nuit avec encore en plus un petit déjeuner à 81€ pour 2 personnes...

Un séjour parfait avec une mention spéciale au pâtissier (et à son flan au chocolat, sachant que j’ai goûté tous les desserts !). Merci à l’équipe pour leur gentillesse et d’avoir suivi mon mari pour sa surprise pour mon anniversaire. Il restera dans ma mémoire comme un moment magique.

Le gros point négatif est le manque d’insonorisation des chambres, on entend les voisins comme s’ils étaient dans la même chambre. Insupportable et vraiment pas digne d’un 5 étoiles. Le personnel est en revanche très serviable.
