Room was quiet and dark making it for very relaxed nights.
Breakfast is below those comparable 5-star hotels. Although the staff is friendly and try hard, service takes very long back and forth from the kitchen for basic things, such as a Latte, and the assortment is rather limited.
My only note and this is more of a comment than a criticism was that the Concierge Anne, was rather short and clearly upset with us when I asked her to get a taxi. She told me it would be 10 minutes, and I said I would try to get it on my Uber app and she was clearly frustrated with me. I apologize as I did not know how long a taxi would take or what the Uber availability was..
The staff are always courteous and supportive. The breakfast staff on this visit were far more experienced and professional -thank you
Encore une fois, nous avons été charmé par l'endroit, son atmosphère élégante et décontractée. Nous avons adoré notre chambre avec son petit balcon donnant sur la rue Duphot.
Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié les cocktails du bar, les petits-déjeuners et notre repas au restaurant gastronomique "Le Baudelaire" qui mérite largement son étoile.
Enfin, nous remercions tout le personnel de l'hôtel, attentionné et absolument charmant.

Concierge was always available and helpful, the food was delicious. We were always greeted by the staff. It made us feel very much at home.
Gutes Frühstück , alles was man sich wünschen kann.
