The most exquisite food, excellent service, and a heaping dollop of humour from the staff. We rate this as one of our best food experiences in France. Well worth the visit.

不同於其他多間走精緻路線的米其林推薦餐廳，這間偏向樸實量多(里昂餐酒館的特色之一)。服務生們態度很好，一位女生發現我的餐巾掉到地上(我自己都沒發現)，主動遞給我一張新的。
- 前菜Velouté de butternuts: 南瓜濃湯，喝起來更像南瓜奶昔。南瓜和奶油+清奶酪融合在一起，喝起來非常滑順。帶有淡淡大蒜味吐的司粒增添了層次，一口接一口很順地喝完了。
- 主菜Blanquette de veau: 白醬燉羔牛肉。服務生直接把燉煮的鍋端上桌，份量豪邁。先嚐了口白醬，頗酸，看來檸檬汁加了不少呀，正好調和了白醬膩味的特性；隨餐附的印度香米盛裝在迷你型casserole，看著小小的其實很能裝呢，至少有10大匙。很有巧思的是，廚師在白米上灑了些許炸得焦黃的米粒，為白飯增添了色彩、香氣和口感。
- 甜點: Paris Brest，甜點選了特別備註需於最初點餐時就點的車輪泡芙，想說，哇該不會泡芙皮是現烤的吧，結果送上來整個都是涼的呀。不過很好吃耶，榛果內餡滑順但不甜，配上灑了糖粉的泡芙皮甜度剛剛好，可惜的是內餡還放有巨甜的焦糖，不然就真的完美了。不過似乎傳統做法就是內餡含焦糖。
是間值得推薦，讓人想回訪的餐廳，希望趕快整修完畢重新開幕~

Das Positive vorweg: Das Essen war fantastisch. Leider war der Service zwar sehr bemüht, hat aber das Restauranterlebnis etwas getrübt. Beim Einschenken des Champagners zu Beginn, schäumte jedes Glas beim Einschenken durch die Kellnerin ordentlich über und es lief am Glas heran auf die Tischdecke. Beim Servieren des Hauptgangs wurde meiner Begleitung der Bratensaft/Fett von ihrem Steak aus Versehen auf die Hose gekippt. Es wurde sich zwar entschuldigt und heißes Wasser gebracht, aber das hat so richtig nicht geholfen. Anschliessend wurden wir nicht mehr nach Getränkewünschen gefragt, so dass wir bis zum Ende unserer Mahlzeit uns an dem Champagner festhielten. Da hätten wir uns etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit gewünscht und es kann immer mal passieren, das etwas verschüttet wird, aber leider war es an dem Abend etwas gehäuft. Ein Kaffee oder ein kleiner Digestif aufs Haus hätten wir noch nett gefunden und hätte uns in Bezug auf den vorhergehenden Service sicherlich etwas besänftigt. Sehr schade, dass dieser etwas negative Eundruck geblieben ist, da sowohl die Location und das Essen großartig waren.

Toujours une belle adresse, où le plaisir de revenir est comblé. Le cadre est chaleureux et d’un autre temps que nous adorons. Nous prenons à chaque fois le cassoulet. Service agréable et de bon ton. Merci à toute l’équipe

On est dès l'arrivée transporté dans le temps et dans l'espace. On se sent loin de Paris et il y a bien des années... Jolie carte avec des grands classiques orientés vers le Sud Ouest, ample carte des vins, mets de qualité, bien préparés et personnel aimable et de bon conseil. Tout cela est déjà très généreux!

Si estáis en París venid 100%, es un restaurante local con producto de buenísima calidad.

El precio por plato oscila los 20-40 euros, pero cualquiera de ellos te va a sorprender. Éramos dos y con tres entrantes y un principal nos quedamos llenísimos (probad el risotto).

La carta de vinos no te dejará indiferente.

One of the best restaurant I’ve tried. The lunch set is just €29 for 2 course which is quite affordable in Paris. Highly recommend the risotto with tiger prawn, the favour is well-balanced and the foam add a special texture to the mouth. The Mille-feuille is simply amazing and a must have.

Classic bistro with a fantastic Blanquette de Veau served in a copper pot. Their Cassoulet looked equally delicious. Fantastic offer with entree, plat et dessert for 39 euros for dinner.

Excellente purée, très bon hareng, le cassoulet marche plutôt bien,
Petit bémol cependant sur l’assaisonnement de certains plats notamment le pâté en croute et la sauce du ris de veau qui manquait un peu de caractère.

Authentique et très généreux, avec un super service. C’est quand même une belle adresse

We had an exceptional experience at the restaurant. The food was outstanding. The service was second to none. The room had a lovely ambience. We were celebrating our daughter's 7th birthday. Before our last course was sent out, the staff brought out a sparkling candle and led a birthday singalong to our daughter and all of the other customers joined in. She was beyond delighted. Thank you so much for a magical experience. We look forward to visiting you again when we come back to your beautiful city.

Hier vind je de echte ouderwetse authentieke Franse plattelandskeuken. Heerlijke zeer smaakvolle gerechten in genereuze porties. Wij kozen voor het menu met als hoofdgerecht de blanquette de veau; erg goed. Het was de tweede keer dat wij hier waren, maar bij een volgend bezoek aan Parijs komen we zeker terug.
