Hotel très bien situé car juste en face de la gare.
Personnel sympathique.
Chambre propre, la seule chose à prévoir, c'est la climatisation (il y avait un ventilateur, mais il faisait vraiment chaud tout de même).
Petit déjeuner varié avec fruit, charcuterie, céréales, etc
Il y a également un petit snack bar dispo en bas de l'hôtel pour éviter de sortir.
Très bon rapport qualité prix :-)

Friendly staff but otherwise pretty terrible. No maintenance, carpets visibly worn. Shower door had been taken off and put back on the wrong way. Drains weren't functional making the shower prone to flooding and the toilet difficult to flush. Changed rooms and the situation was still dire. Not a particularly functional cleaning service.

I really don’t understand the negative reviews. Yes there is no elevator but that is not the hotels fault. They brought our luggage up to our room so I don’t see the issue that others are having. The staff are extremely friendly and gave us water and bottled beverages whenever we entered the lobby. Yes the rooms don’t have air conditioning but they have a cooling fan that they can help you put ice packs in the bottom to help. Air conditioning is not a common thing in Europe so this is to be expected. They try their best with what they have. I found this hotel to be extremely worth the price and I would return. It seems others complaining just need something to complain about. It is a bit of a walk to the city centre; however, the trams are just across the street and easy to navigate.

Je tiens à souligner le professionnalisme du veilleur de nuit, qui a patiemment attendu que je réceptionne ma commande Uber Eats afin de s'assurer qu'il n'y ait aucun problème lié aux fréquentations devant le tabac à droite de l'entrée.
Un autre point positif est l'attention de la femme de chambre, qui a pris le soin de plier le pyjama de ma conjointe et de disposer son doudou et son bandeau de nuit sur le lit.
Dans l'ensemble, j'ai passé un agréable séjour grâce à la bienveillance du personnel, qui a été très appréciable.
