Perfect choice

Calme, tranquille, dans cet hôtel en plein centre, proche de tout, et installé dans un ancien couvent. Architecte incroyable ! Personnel d'accueil jour et nuit top!!!!

Estupendo hotel en el centro de Burdeos. El personal muy atento.

Hôtel bien situé en centre ville. Mais l'unique fenêtre donne sur un mur. Matelas très mou. Petit déjeuner buffet varié mais de qualité très moyenne. Baignoire haute, difficile d'accès. Mauvaise isolation phonique. Personnel néanmoins très aimable.

Dommage d' avoir passé nos nuits avec l ascenseur....

Nous étions de passage à Bordeaux pour 2 nuitées. Cet hôtel très bien situé. Une chambre très propre et bien équipée. Un buffet petit déjeuner excellent : varié,bien agencé,de très bonne qualité. Service réception toute la nuit. Au centre de tout .????

Me and my wife stayed her for 3 nights (4 days) in January 2024. First off, the location is perfect if you want to explore Bordeaux or further afield. It's easy to get to from the airport via the excellent tram system. It was also very easy to get to the train station when we visited St Emilion for the day. You are surrounded by a multitude of bars, cafes and restaurants. Add to that you can walk to all points around the city centre without any issues and it is right on the main street in the shopping area (Ste Catherine). The room is a good size (we had the double aspect one) with plenty of space for clothes etc. Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was the only disappointment - for some reason the toilet is separate to the main bathroom. Plus there is no extractor fan (in either) or a sink to wash your hand, which means going into the bathroom. To shower it's quite a high step into the bath and with a fixed shower screen it could be tricky for those less able. However it's the only negative. The staff here were all simply fantastic. We arrived early and they did their utmost to assist us, were always super friendly and also very helpful at leaving our case securely after we checked out on our final night. That meant we could enjoy our last day quite easily and explore more. When we came back there is lots of space and chairs/couches etc. to wait until it's time to leave. Add to all this, it was very good value too. (We didn't try the breakfast as always ate out). Given all this we would definitely stay here again if in Bordeaux and highly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere safe and comfortable to stay, with a great location too.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sur Bordeaux dans cet hôtel. Il est idéalement situé en plein cœur du centre ville, il est très calme. Le personnel est très aimable.
La chambre et l’hôtel en général sont très propres.

Great location in the center of Bordeaux and very good pricing. Room was on the smaller side, but comfortable for 1 night. Friendly staff made check in and checkout a breeze.

Downtown, walking distance to city center, shops, theatre, vine bars, restaurants

Hotel muy céntrico, habitaciones insonorizadas y amplias. La bañera ya está un poco anticuada, con una ducha estaría mejor.

L'hôtel est extrêmement calme. Super bien placé, les chambres sont propres et jolies, petit déjeuner délicieux.

Ubicación perfecta para una escapada, buena atención. Pudimos dejar las maletas el último día sin cargo. Agua de cortesía.

Un hôtel très bien placé avec un rapport qualité prix un peu élevé. Les chambres sont un peu sombres et la décoration assez sommaire.
Il est préférable de rester quelques jours ou un week-end plutôt qu'une semaine. Il manque un peu de charme.
L'accueil et le personnel sont sympathiques, le petit déjeuner est quant à lui un peu cher pour ce qui est proposé. En revanche, la nourriture est bonne.

Un hotel très bien rénové où l'on est contente de venir passer un petit moment j'ai apprécié l'accueil chaleureux et la propreté de l'établissement

hôtel trés bien situé mais les chambres cosy à 78 euros sont trop petites pour 2 personnes: nous n'avions pas la place d'ouvrir la valise ni de faire le tour du lit. petit déjeuner très satisfaisant
