La verdad me sorprendieron las reseñas. El personal muy amable, la habitación correcta y limpia (estuve en el edificio principal, el hotel) el AC funcionaba como un tiro en plena ola de calor y la calle céntrica y tranquila. fui sin coche

Affreux rapport qualité/prix. En dehors de l’emplacement idéal et de le bonne literie , aucun professionnalisme dans cet établissement. Chambre aux murs moisis, aux rideaux de récupération décousus . Aucune patère dans la salle de bain. Impossible de crocher un vêtement. 3 prises de courant dans la chambre dont 1 ne fonctionne pas. Aucune serrure à la porte des wc . Enfin n’ayez aucune valise si vous avez une chambre au 4 ère car l’ascenseur ne fonctionne pas depuis des jours et aucune proposition d’un responsable «  inexistant «  pour vous proposer de l’aide .
En résumé : une honte et ne vous faites pas avoir comme nous.

Very basic room. Way too small. Toilet and shower are in different illogically designed positions. Was just one towel for the 2 of us. Electric socket near provided teapot wasn't working. Just one working socket near the entrance.
Additional stars for service only because they had cherries at breakfast. Otherwise basic level service, they even rejected sending a card for me as I was running to the airport (of course I offered to pay for the stamp).
Location is wonderfully central though. Straight tram line to the airport too.

From the moment we checked in until we left 3 days later, the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and everything worked. It was quiet and right in the heart to be able to walk around to cafes, restaurants, and shops. Public transport right around the crn. Perfect place to stay, and it has an elevator. ????
