I had some trouble booking (with a travel website) but the staff here were super helpful in fixing the issue. Big thank you to Anthony who made my stay possible. The room was clean and well equipped, the location is central and convenient with a parking complex close by. All in all will definitely come back. Thanks for a great stay.

Arrival was stressful as parking turned out to be in a public carpark for the shopping centre and when we returned the car was scratched ( not we what we had expected going by the website). Wanted to have dinner in hotel first night only apparently do an expensive brunch with very limited menu in evening which was disappointing so never ate in hotel.
Room allocated had a travel cot in it which we needed to have removed and a bath and overhead shower despite requesting a walk in shower beforehand. We were however moved when requested.
Good location with the A tram close by to get into Bordeaux.

De passage régulièrement, nous ne pouvons qu'apprécier l'accueil, la propreté des chambres et le confort de cet hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et tout le personnel adorable, notamment Monia, Christel et leurs collègues.
La proximité de l'hypercentre est très appréciable, de même que l'immense centre commercial à 2 minutes à pied.

Breakfast has a wide choice.
A/c in the rooms for the hot days.
Location is less than 20mins easy stroll to town. Right next to shopping centre.
They have popcorn and water bottle filling station.
Fridge and safe in room
Nice ground floor lounge with bar. And a suggestion board on the wall which was really helpful.
