Hôtel idéalement placé, chambre standard pas de chichi mais très propre (certains hôtels 3 étoiles et plus devraient s’en inspirer!).
Idéal pour une nuit car l’immeuble est en époque et manque d’insonorisation.
Parking à 5’ à pied (réservez!).
Petit-dej très correct et accueil du personnel très sympa.
Je recommande.

Nothing much to complain for the price we paid. We are given room on the ground floor so opening the window is not convenient as pedestrian are basically walking on the street outside the window. Cannot open window and air-cond not working. It can be warm and quite stuffy.

Perfect! Right opposite the train station and bus stop for airport meaning a trip without a car was smooth. I see a few comments about the rooms and it wasn’t the Marriot in terms of room standard but it was local and authentic. Spotlessly clean, everything in the room worked , it was comfortable and the right temperature. The breakfast was  very good and well worth the small cost. The staff were so very helpful and gave advice about a day trip to the Dune du Pilat and how to walk to the restaurant area in the city centre and gave me a city map. Highly recommended, don’t hesitate to stay. They also offered me a left luggage facility while I went out for the day after checking out. Note that the railway station is very large. Depending which door you come out of it’s to left of the centre of the station as you come out. Just a few meters from the station. Perfect!

J’ai choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité avec la gare Saint-Jean. On m’a facturé une chambre 100 euros, alors qu’elle était initialement proposée à 60 euros pour une nuit, ce qui m’a semblé excessif.

Le petit déjeuner a été une mauvaise expérience : à peine installée, la personne en charge m’a rapidement pressée de finir, ce qui m’a mise très mal à l’aise. J’ai eu le sentiment de ne pas être la bienvenue (rac*sme), ce qui est d’autant plus regrettable. Pour un petit déjeuner à 10 euros, je n’ai finalement pris qu’un simple thé.

Une expérience décevante, tant sur le plan tarifaire que sur l’accueil.

A very enjoyable stay while discovering Bordeaux for a few days. Fantastic service from Christophe, who recommended places to dine and was sympathetic to the recent extreme weather disrupting our onward travel by train. On that point, the hotel could not be situated more perfectly for easy access to the train station - but not at the cost of a noisy room, which was in fact beautifully quiet at night. Would absolutely stay there again in the future.

Super expérience dans cet hôtel. Personnel très agréable. Pour ma part j'ai pris la chambre avec baignoire balnéo et c'était juste merveilleux, l'espace nuit est de bonne taille avec l'espace du lit et un espace bureau où relax. Et la salle de bain est grande et très agréable. Je recommande et reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Accueil, parfait et très bon rapport qualité prix.
Je recommande vraiment ce lieu qui se trouve face à la gare St Jean.

Service vraiment très aimable et impeccable!
En face de la gare, très bien situé.
L'accueil a été extra et nous a même proposé une suite à la 0lace de notre chambre car nous sommes arrivé avant 14h . L heure où les chambres sont disponibles.
Bon rapport qualité prix, les chambres sont propres et le petit déjeuner à 10,50€.

Not like the photos – felt unhygienic and poor qualityI booked this hotel because it looked decent on the booking site, but the reality was very different. The room I got had only a tiny window, and it smelled like an old, damp house. The overall feel was just outdated and poorly maintained.What bothered me the most was how unhygienic it felt. The towel looked old and worn out, even though it smelled okay. There was hair on the blanket, and there wasn’t even a proper duvet—just a thin, old blanket with a single cover that didn’t even fully wrap around it. It honestly made me uncomfortable staying there.The one good thing was the staff—they were very friendly and helpful. And yes, the location is right next to the train station, but there are other hotels nearby for a similar price.In short, the room did not match the photos at all, and the cleanliness and quality were way below what I expected.

WAOUH ! CHRISTOPHE a l'accueil est absolument parfait. Si seulement on trouvait plus de Christophe à l'accueil de nos hôtels !!!????
L'hôtel est tout à fait charmant. Ma chambre tout en haut était trèèès mignonne tout en simplicité et bien confortable !!!
J'aurai cependant beaucoup aimé y trouver une bouilloire ...????
Le tram est à deux pas , c'est très pratique. La gare à trois pas.
Et les cannelés juste en dessous de l'hôtel !!
Je reviendrai sans hésiter !!!

Hôtel très bien situé, facilité d'accès à la gare et au tram. L'immeuble a été bien rénové et deco de charme. Le personnel très sympathique et accueillant. Je garde un tres bon souvenir de mon passage dans cet hôtel.

The room was dusty when we first checked in but was better after they cleaned the room the next day.There is no water provided for this room type.The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay there.The hotel is located right next to the train station and is a 15-20 minute tram ride to the main shopping area, which is very convenient.

L'hôtel a une belle architecture ancienne mais entretenu. Le service est impeccable, il faut demander le ménage mais ils m'en ont informé à mon arrivée. Pour le petit déjeuner optionnel qu'il faut payer à la réception, une place vous est préparée dans la petite salle. Je vous recommande de venir avec vos articles de toilettes car les flacons peuvent être dur, le seul bémol.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour !
Le bâtiment est magnifique, l'établissement plein de charmes.
Les chambres sont très bien équipées, tout le confort y est.
Un petit déjeuner copieux qui débute très tôt, et une équipe aux petits soins.
Le tout en face de la gare Saint Jean, avec les transports à proximité pour rejoindre le centre ville.
Je recommande absolument, et n'hésiterai pas à y revenir dès que possible !

Très déçu nous avons réservé une chambre sur cour sur l'annonce nous étions sur rue ... chambre Très vieille avec bruit de route et de tram toute la nuit et des voisins très brillant qui ont parler fort jusqu'à plus d'une heure du matin

De retour de vacances par l'aeroport de Bordeaux le dimanche 18 février et pas de train pour la suite de mon trajet, séjour d'une nuit au Regina. Proximité de la gare, bon rapport qualité prix, bon accueil et chambre fonctionnelle ! Très bien !

L'hôtel a plusieurs atouts ; il est proche de la gare ce qui permet de prendre la navette pour l'aéroport quand on a un avion qui décolle tôt le matin. On peut également visiter Bordeaux, le tram est également à côté.
