J’ai passé une semaine au Novotel Bordeaux Centre , mon mari étant hospitalisé. Non seulement , j’y ai trouvé un confort remarquable au niveau de la chambre mais aussi un accueil très chaleureux , aussi bien à la réception qu’au restaurant . Je m’y suis sentie comme chez moi .

Es un hotel bastante majo para pasar noche en Burdeos. Bastante limpio, personal amable, y lobby ideal para niños. Pero le quito una estrella porque no tienen servicio de comida (aunque sea algo rápido) de 15 a 19. Sofá cama muy duro. ????

Están limpias, habitación bastante amplia, dejaron un detalle para los niños (juegos de mesa) algo de agradecer puesto que en vacaciones cuando llegan al hotel suelen tener mucho tiempo libre. Detalle también para nosotros (un pequeño termo) Tan utilizado por allí. Baño limpio, habitación dotada de nevera y caja fuerte así como de una cafetera eléctrica y todo lo necesario para tomar allí café o té (azúcar, café, infusiones). Lo que puedo poner una pega es directamente a que la presión del agua de la ducha iba mal si había más personas haciendo lo mismo, y no ponen bolsas en las papeleras si no que en la del baño te ponen dos pequeñas de papel (entiendo que eso es costumbre allí).

До старого города 10 минут пешком. Вкусные завтраки. В номере было тихо. Дружелюбный персонал. Вечером в холле забыли очки. К нашей радости утром нам их вернули.

Un premier séjour à Bordeaux, très belle découverte de Novotel avec un personnel très accueillant, disponible et serviable, de belles chambres. Un très bon et copieux petit déjeuner.
Nous repartons avec la tête pleins de souvenirs.

Firstly the positives The hotel is centrally located, great for a city visit to explore Bordeaux and the rooms are clean, tidy and well appointed - what you would expect of Novotel. The service, wasn't. It's was lack of care and attention and it started when the four of us arrived at the front desk and the two people at the desk stared at the screen and didn't acknowledge our arrival. After a while, one person left and we were finally acknowledged. No courtesy "sorry for keeping you waiting" and no sense of a welcome. The process of checking us in was transactional, at best, with no help and little information offered about the hotel. The decor and the front of house staff dress was casual (they wore t-shirts rather than a uniform). Perhaps this is the 'vibe' the hotel was trying to create, but having stayed in numerous Novotel's in eight countries we didn't feel it presented the four-star Novotel brand at all well - and it felt as if we were checking into an Ibis. The ALL membership loyalty recognition, which we receive and come to appreciate at other Accor Hotels, was evident when we arrived in the room, but not even mentioned at check-in. Then, at checkout, we expressly checked to make sure all room charges had been covered for our friends in the other room. We were given the assurance from the reception staff member that they had, however they were faced with a charge when they checked out later that morning. All and all, disappointed by this Novotel and the standard of service.

La chambre est spacieuse et confortable. L'isolation phonique est correcte. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et très copieux. C'est franchement une très belle expérience !

Je belt van te voren zegt er een medewerker je kan er voor 24/7 uur terecht. Toen ik eenmaal aankwam kon ik helemaal niet terecht, informeer jullie medewerkers beter. Geen goed woord over dit hotel te melden, wanneer je dit hoord zit het ongeheid vol.
Ik ben doorgereden naar Spanje en daar kon ik pas op adem komen. Afrader!!! Verspil je geld niet, en neem vooral geen risico's om hier heen te komen dit is enkel tijd verspilling!! En vooral onbetrouwbaar

Chambre simple, déco convenable. Pas de mini bar ni de bouteille d’eau qui sont pour moi indispensable dans un 4*. On a le droit une petite gourde par chambre donc pour 2 ce qui me paraît un peu léger…

Nice hotel, very friendly staff. Our flight was delayed and we had to come back to the hotel from the airport. The staff were very helpful during this process and to organise our departure for the next day.

Chambre tout à fait adaptée pour un séjour familial sans soucis. Literie et propreté OK. Nous avons visité Bordeaux toute la journée et avons dîné à l'hôtel. Petit-déjeuner au restaurant, en libre service : beaucoup de choix, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Dîner plutôt savoureux également. Hôtel moderne et calme, accueil simple et efficace. En bref, nous attendions du confort et il était au rendez-vous.

Chambre et salle d'eau un peu vieillotes... Pas très propre (un mug sale datant manifestement du précédent client près de la bouilloire).

Récupération des clés longue (et une des deux clés non programmée) malgré le check in préalable en ligne.

Débit d'eau insuffisant dans la douche, comme l'ont dit de nombreux autres clients.

Buffet petit déjeuner super.

Emplacement top, y compris accès parking immédiat. .
